Enjoy this peaceful condo that is centrally located, 1 block from Main Street(with fabulous restaurants and shopping), 1 block to Peace Center, 2 blocks from picturesque River Walk Falls and Swamp Rabbit Trail, Livability ranked Greenville as one of the top 10 Best Downtowns in the country and The New York Times called Greenville "a national model for pedestrian-friendly city center." So fun!

Another Great Stay In Greenville
This place is in a perfect spot. Safe and convenient, it’s close to everything one would want. Falls Park is a five minute walk, the Swamp Rabbit Trail is two blocks away, the baseball stadium is a 15 minute walk, and Gather GVL is an easy ten minute walk. The condo is exactly as described (and pictured), and very nicely equipped for a stay. If in Greenville again, this will surely be on the top of my search list.

The condo is beautifully designed, public spaces are modern and well maintained. The condo has high ceilings, large windows, hardwood floors. The large bathroom contains a washer/dryer. The location is great for walking to restaurants, shopping and scenic parks.

Perfect location, downtown Greenville
We spent a wonderful week in this lovely apartment. The location couldn’t have been better—in the heart of the city, close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the fabulous Falls Park on the Reedy. Very safe, well-lit neighborhood with convenient, affordable parking nearby.
