Nathaniel at check in and check out was friendly and so helpful. He explained parking, notified us when our room was available, offered area information and recommended places to eat. Breakfast staff was also on top of things. Keeping area clean. No sooner did a guest drop something, an attendant appeared and handled it immediately. Rooms were neat and clean. Location convenient for downtown. Parked car at hotel and walked everywhere.

I was impressed with the daily breakfast. And happy that it lasted until 9:30 in the morning. The room was nice with adequate space to hang up my clothes. They have daily cleaning service. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. I would easily stay here again.

Nice place. 1 block from Main Street restaurants - no need to drive, just walk to dinner. $10 parking - perfect rate for Greenville. A nice place to use as a Greenville base. One comment - avoid the rooms next to the elevator (ours was 205). The sound bleed is bad. We had to ask for another room. But the staff was happy to accommodate.

The hotel staff was great! The bathroom is due for some maintenance, trim was missing, tub drain was clogged, we were standing in water up to our ankles when we showered and the toilet paper holder was broken. Room was very dark, lighting is very poor.

The staff were very courteous and polite. The room was big and clean. My bed was pretty comfortable as well. My only 2 downfalls are the pool was green so I could not swim and I wish there were some potatoes or something else besides mostly eggs for breakfast, as to I am allergic to them. But overall it was a great, quiet stay!! I would definitely stay there again.

We loved that this property was located in the historic area of Greenville and within walking distance of wonderful boutiques, restaurants and historic places. A very safe area. Our room was very clean and decorated nicely. The staff member who checked us in was so friendly and helpful with good local information. Carlos who was on duty in the breakfast area was awesome! He made sure there was plenty of everything for all! We loved the on-site parking. We would definitely return and stay there again.

The hotel was in an excellent location, very convenient to walk to most of what you’d want to do downtown. But what made our stay above and beyond was the staff. From the front desk to Evelyn and Sasha, the housekeepers everyone went out of their way to be make us welcome and comfortable. They were exceptional!!!

Located perfectly to the part of Greenville I wanted to explore. Able to walk everywhere down Main St. all the way to the Falls Park and beyond. Free parking, front desk was very helpful when I couldn't get the wifi to work. Very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast had many choices and was very good. Room was spotless. Ten out of ten on everything!
