Evergreen|Apartment Downtown with Fire Pit

  • 2nd Floor Apartment in Downtown Greenville with direct ATV and snowmobile access. Hiking, skiing, fishing, hunting all within a short drive. If you are a boater, there is a boat ramp one street over. When you aren`t out exploring the north woods take a walk into town for breakfast, lunch, dinner and shopping! Located in the east cove, this apartment puts you in the middle of all the action! Especially during Fly-In and 4th of July celebrations, don`t worry about parking since you`re a walk away!

    Two window AC units. One in living room, one in bathroom. Apartment is approximately 900-1000 sq ft.
