When I walked in, the staff was upset about a call they had and proceeded to launch f-bomb after f-bomb about the person. The room door was not working properly. The floor in the room was wet. The towels had stains on them. The water never got above lukewarm despite being turned all the way up, and the water sputtered the whole time with barely any pressure. The room was at the far end of the hall and after climbing three sets of stairs, the entry door into the hallway did not work. Just not a great place to stay.

Steps tore up outside, phones taped up and missing buttons, not very clean, my brother’s room had a bathroom with problems they gave him a plunger to fix it on his own.

It is necessary to bring extra quarters if you want to have a laundry. A front desk doesn’t get you quarters and you have to stop by Gas Station nearby to get change. Unfortunately, a teller doesn’t want to exchange for many have tried it.

while the check in attendant was nice and friendly the elevator and the hallways looked unkept the room was clean but bedding was extremely thin no blanket just a sheet and then coverlet. i didn’t exactly feel safe traveling alone so moved chair in front of door only to discover chair was broken and wobbly check out was 11but had housekeeping knocking at my door at 8 something asking if i as checking out and they could clean not cool at all.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, this place is just gross, furniture was chewed up and broken, not sure the bathroom was even cleaned, the non smoking room is in fact not non smoking. Ended up having to book a different hotel as this one was in no condition to have people staying there.
