Home away from home

The host is timely with communication, the hse is very clean and well organized. The apartments and so silent making the stay conducive and family friendly. I would definitely recommend this property and visit the place again

Beautiful Property!

Came down to visit my daughter, a student at ECU, and this condo was perfect for all of us to enjoy! She and her friends got home-cooked meals for a change, the rooms were spacious and very clean, and it was not a long drive to get back and forth.

Awesome place to stay

We choose it for the price but it turned out to be an awesome place to stay. Very clean and have everything we needed, including bag of ice and aluminum foil. Its the little things that make a difference. On our next vist to Greenville, this "WILL " be our first choice.

Wonderful Hosts

This property's host is wonderful! Excellent communication and very helpful from the moment we were checking in. The property is very clean and exactly as described. It is, IMO, an apartment community, not a condo. We were here for a golf tournament and would consider staying here again.

Perfect!

The sneaky side if me says to give this property a bad review in the hope that it will always be available when I'm in the area, which is frequently due to business, but there is no way I could honestly do that. The place is beautiful in every way. I stayed alone but it would be a great place for a family of four or a group of 3 adults. It's 5 minutes from the Greenville Convention Center, yet it's in a quiet neighborhood. Love it!

Great value

Convenient, clean, and well stocked. I think the only thing we had to buy was paper towels (we always bring some anyways). Host very responsive. Reasonably quiet for a condo complex. End unit with nice yard area for pet walks. Next to a train track but seemed very infrequent, although we weren't in the unit much during the day.

Little Christmas Getaway

We spent two nights at this condo and were completely satisfied. Everything worked and Mark was a gracious host. He was available whenever we needed him and answered our questions. He even had a small Christmas tree lit when we checked in. That was a nice surprise! (Mark, where did you get your little tree, I want one!!) The condo is tucked back away from all the traffic and noise. Loved the fact that it is ground level and a corner unit. We went to see the Christmas Parade in Ayden one night and had some good ole NC down east BBQ at Bum's Restaurant in Greenville, NC. We would definitely stay here again if our plans bring us back to Greenville. Thanks again, Mark, for a wonderful couple of days of R & R!!
