- Located in Greenville, this gorgeous house features 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 2 full bathrooms. The living room includes a twin-sized daybed with a trundle bed, so you can have a king-sized bed or 2 separate twin beds. Only 12 minutes to downtown Greenville, 8 minutes to downtown Travelers Rest, and less than 5 minutes to Furman University. You’ll feel tucked away on the mountain, while still being minutes from everything this area has to offer. Less than 1-mile from the Swamp Rabbit Trail and next door to Paris Mountain State Park for those who love to hike and bike! 5 minutes from the historic Peddler Steakhouse and hundreds of other wonderful restaurants! With a fire pit, a porch swing bed, furnished screened in porch, and an outdoor grill, guests can relax and unwind in this amazing retreat. We look forward to welcoming you to our place!
