Charming home with direct lake access, close to town

Cozy home situated in the southern most cove of Moosehead Lake. Private access to the lake (130ft of direct lake frontage) and near by public beach. Walking distance to the town of Greenville, where you will find plenty of shopping, restaurants and outdoor guide services. The home also has direct access to ATV trails from the road and the snowmobile trail runs across the cove near the home. Private dock and open area near shoreline for lake side lounging, gatherings and evening camp fires. The main section of the home features 2 large bedrooms both containing king size beds, one of which is a Sleep Number. The upstairs area contains a small bedroom with 2 twin beds and an open area with a queen and twin sized bed. A large deck is found on the lake side of the home, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the lake and make use of the BBQ grill provided.

Great stay

The house was perfect for our family and dogs. It’s in a great location close to town and also right on the lake. We spent every day down on the dock which was perfect for us.

Place is very well kept a very nice, right on lake a close to Greenville which was very nice, an close to sled trails, fishings slow but still able to fish right out front so was still nice, 10/10 recommend!

12th annual couples trip

This house is clean and well kept. We really appreciated the maps, posters and overall decor that really represented Maine. Exceptional lake side space. Dock was suitable to keep my 19’ boat overnight. We loved our stay here. There were six adults and all of us would repeat this rental.

Memorial Day Weekend Stay

We enjoyed our short stay here on Moosehead Lake. The cabin was close to town and restaurants. It was clean and the rules were straight forward and simple. I would recommend this home to friends and family. Thanks!

Snowmobiling

The property was perfectly located with easy access to the trails and to town. Home was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Decor was perfect for a lakeside home. Property owners responded quickly to messages and very easy to deal with. We had a great stay and hope to be back.

Great Place on Moosehead Lake

Would definitely rent again! Owners were very easy to work with & just left us alone, which we very much appreciated. House was exactly as listed, beautiful spot right on the end of the south side of the lake. I can see this place being perfect for fishers, ATV / snowmobile enthusiasts as it’s right be the Maine trail network. We just enjoyed a couple nights along the water & that was just perfect.

Moosehead Lake

We had a great family stay at Moosehead Lake and really loved the property. We were close to downtown Greenville and the dock was great! We had six kids age 8-14 that kayaked, swam, and enjoyed their slumber parties together. We had no luck fishing but caught lots of crayfish and were greeted each morning by ducks and loons.

The house was clean and beautiful. Ken and Lindsey were amazing to deal with. We even got to enjoy a thunderstorm on the lake so pretty. Definately felt like home away from home. Didnt want to leave at the end. Neighbors were friendly didnt bother us at all. Would reccomend 10/10

Awesome Eclipse stay

We came up to Greenville from midcoast Maine for the 2024 Eclipse. This camp was perfect for our extended family. Comfy beds and a full kitchen. Lovely view of the lake. Ice was not safe (it is April!) so couldn’t go out on the lake but we managed to take some walks in the neighborhood. Took a drive on a road recommended by Ken and Lindsay and saw a moose! All in all a great short stay.

Moosehead magic!

We love Moosehead lake and this was our first time staying so close to town. It was much quieter than I anticipated based on it's location which was a pleasant surprise. The house was well stocked and clean. It's pet friendly and Jack loved every moment of his vacation, especially the ducks on the dock! The views from the deck are amazing and the whole experience left us nice and relaxed. Lindsay is an incredible host and has mastered the art of being responsive yet unobstrusive. We are already looking at coming back again next year!

Wonderful location on the lake. Very clean and beautifully decorated home. The dock is a great place to sit and enjoy a drink while watching the ducks and loons. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Bachelorette Getaway
