  • This spacious four bedroom home on Greenville’s southwest side offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and location, just minutes from downtown.

    The main floor features a king bedroom with a private en suite bathroom and TV. The downstairs living room includes a TV, a half bath, and access to both the front porch and covered back deck with seating.

    Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two twin beds, along with a full bathroom. A second living area upstairs includes a TV and a futon, making it great for kids or extra sleeping space. The downstairs couch can also be used for sleeping.

    The fully fenced backyard is spacious and ideal for children and dogs, and the home is pet friendly. With both front and back porches and a covered deck, there is plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors.

    Driveway parking is available for up to five vehicles.

    Located near Judson, the home is close to Unity Park, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, Greenville Zoo, Greenville Center for Creative Arts, major hospitals, and a wide selection of dining and shopping options.

This property was PERFECT for our family visit to Greenville! The location is close to downtown which is what we were looking for so we could explore and experience the numerous shops and restaurants! The house was clean with just the right amenities that we needed. The washer and dryer came in handy as well after 6 of us adults spent 2 hours playing pickleball in the hot sun! The check-in process was flawless and communication with the host (Morgan) was exceptional! We knew the address of the property and how to check-in as soon as we were booked which is very helpful for planning purposes. Greenville is a great area with tons to do! Thanks for an amazing vacation!
