This spacious four bedroom home on Greenville’s southwest side offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and location, just minutes from downtown.
The main floor features a king bedroom with a private en suite bathroom and TV. The downstairs living room includes a TV, a half bath, and access to both the front porch and covered back deck with seating.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two twin beds, along with a full bathroom. A second living area upstairs includes a TV and a futon, making it great for kids or extra sleeping space. The downstairs couch can also be used for sleeping.
The fully fenced backyard is spacious and ideal for children and dogs, and the home is pet friendly. With both front and back porches and a covered deck, there is plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors.
Driveway parking is available for up to five vehicles.
