- Welcome to your home away from home in Greenville, South Carolina! We hope you enjoy your stay in our cozy and peaceful 3 bedroom home in historic Sans Souci.
This home for provides the perfect location for visiting any part of Greenville! We are located 1/2 mile from the Swamp Rabbit trail, less than 10 minutes from downtown Greenville, less than 10 minutes from Furman University, and less than 15 minutes from downtown Travelers Rest.
Our space offers a primary suite with a king size bed, along with a room featuring a queen bed, and the final bedroom with 2 twin size beds and a pack and play to be used as a crib. Enjoy the spacious back yard as the home sits on 1/3rd of an arce and is perfect for families looking to enjoy all that Greenville has to offer!
We love our city and our goal is to make your visit as wonderful as it can be!

Cozy home for six
This three-bedroom home was the perfect size for our family of four plus two grands. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Fun Roku TVs in living room and main bedroom. The owners were communicative and helpful. The location was not far from Greenville Convention Center, where we had a gym meet.

A Homey Home Away From Home
Ashby was the best communicator I’ve ever had while renting a place. Had electrical outlet issue that Ashby was able to get resolved same day very quickly. Home had luxury amenities to my standards— big soft towels, lounge blankets, hair dryer with diffuser, dual Keurig, Roku TVs, washer/dryer, things to clean up your own messes like vacuum and mop, steamer and iron, motion sensor soft lights in master bath, and BLACK OUT BLINDS/CURTAINS (we were actually able to sleep in and didn’t know what time it was when we woke up). Fenced in backyard is a great size for anyone who brings their pup. Home is in a great friendly walkable neighborhood. Perfect location to downtown Gville or Travelers Rest. Right down the road from Cherrydale for any shopping needs. House has well stocked kitchen able to host a family. Truly a home away from home. Thank you, Ashby!

Cozy Home in Greenville
My family visits Greenville annually to run the Swamp Rabbit 5K race. The house was perfect for us! God supply of essential items and host communication was great. Would recommend and hope to stay again next hear!
