"Very cute, boutique style hotel. It is small and not many amenities, but it's perfect for what we needed during a soccer tournament. At check in, you receive 2 poker chips for either a free water or wine/beer. There is a free continental breakfast, but we decided to check out local eating spots. Housekeeping was very attentive! Everyday they came knocking to ask us if we needed any more towels or trash taken out. We really appreciated that! Overall, we enjoyed our stay & loved the location. Hotel is close to a lot of stores & restaurants."

"PROS: Location downtown was great. Close to parks, restaurants, bars, and the Grasshoppers Stadium which was a great place for inexpensive family activity. We were there for a soccer showcase at Bryan park and the drive each day was less than 20 minutes each way. Also just a few miles from a great mall which was a perfect spot to meet up with teammates. Complimentary coffee, hair dryers, and shampoo/conditioner/soap in each bathroom was a great plus that you don't get at many VRBOs! We only needed to reach out to Maddie twice during our stay and both times she was very responsive and helpful! CONS: Only one TV which was in the living room where our daughter slept all week which was disappointing. We were unable to find any filtered water from the fridge so went through a lot of bottled water. The ice maker worked well though. "

"This is a great place. It's a vintage building with lots of updates, very cute and the tons of space. We really liked it. Very clean, easy check in/out, nice little roof deck when the weather permits. Awesome water pressure in the showers!!Plenty of coffee shops, thrift stores, other shopping very close. "
