Professionally decorated with new furniture, appliances, linens and a well stocked kitchen. Walking distance to High Point University, Furniture Market, the Hospital, Carolina Core Stadium & multiple dining options.

    Relax in the living area with the 65` TV, or hang out on the front porch or enjoy the privacy of the fenced in backyard. Coded front door allows 24 hour check in.

    We offer FREE TICKETS to the new High Point Children`s Museum to all kids staying at our home (11 years old or younger)!

Nice new home a block from the design district of furniture market. We were pleased with the comfort of the furniture and mattresses. Location was convenient for furniture market. Host was very responsive, and it was an easy entry and secure location. We look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful home

There are a few things I really enjoyed about this property. 1) it’s a brand new home and incredibly clean. It just felt like home away from home. 2) it was well stocked from kitchen and bath supplies perspective so I really didn’t need to bring anything. I like to cook though so I do carry my little spice stash around with me when we travel, but they did have the basics like salt, pepper, and olive oil. They also had barbecue supplies and a very nice outdoor grill. 3) convenient location. We could get to everything within minutes. If you’d like the furniture Mart, they are very close by next street over. If you need to get to the university, it’s five minutes away. Grocery stores, restaurants all just minutes away. Overall, we will stay here again and I highly recommend everyone consider this property. All the beds were very comfortable. Towels, pillows, etc. all brand new. I also like that we could park behind their gate just from a security perspective. Communications were very good with the property managers and they were very responsive with any questions.
