The bathroom includes a jetted shower with an exhilarating rain shower/waterfall option, towel warmer and a hair dryer for your comfort. The living room boasts a 65" TV with surround sound and reclining sofa while the bedrooms each have 55" TV's. Step out to the rear patio for some R&R and cozy up to the Fire Table or do a little grilling. Want to go for a swim then just walk across the parking lot to the clubhouse! Perfect for HPU or Furn Mkt guests or a romantic getaway.

HIGHLY recommend! What an amazing stay. We came to High Point for freshman orientation and just needed something nearby and affordable. Instead, we walked into a condo that felt like a boutique hotel. The retro‑meets‑modern design was gorgeous, and the customizable LED lighting at the kitchen table was such a fun, unexpected highlight.
Everything in the condo was high quality: the appliances, the lighting, the beds, even the sofa. The remote‑controlled features were convenient and thoughtful, and the instructions for everything were so well written that we never had a single question. As rental owners ourselves, we were impressed enough that we took notes for our own property.
We were only in town briefly, so we didn’t get to explore everything — like the patio — but everything we did experience was absolutely perfect. We didn’t need to reach out during the stay, but Don was incredibly responsive and helpful before we arrived. This place exceeded every expectation.
