Excellent experience at the Martin Manor!
Our stay was wonderful! The place was very clean, plenty of space, very modern, and conveniently located. The host John was excellent and he was always available if we had any questions. We will definitely choose this place again when coming to Greensboro! ☺️

Train blowing horns = impossible to sleep.
The condo is beautiful but the train blowing its horn all through the night was aweful. Unfortunately the first 10 reviews I read didn't mentioned the blowing train horn. Even with ear plugs it didn't make a difference. The jacuzzi did not work and the thermostat was broken up stairs stuck on 73 which we normally sleep at 68. It was not a good experience so we left early. The owner was out of the country so response were delayed. Keep in mind the parking is really only suitable for one small car and difficult if you have a larger suv.

Another perfect stay in Greensboro
Perfect location, flawless house w top of the line everything. Beds are terrific, kitchen is for a chef, can’t recommend enough. Second week stay in two yrs there and will be back again next yr

Beautiful Space
I can’t begin to explain just how lovely this home is and how perfect it was for our family gathering to celebrate the engagement of my daughter and her future husband. The specious open for plan allowed all of us to gather together and the state of the art kitchen was absolutely fantastic. The master suite was incredible with its separate sitting area complete with fireplace and two comfy chairs to sit and read while enjoying the fire . We love every second of our stay and cannot wait to book again the next time we are in Greensboro !

Better than the pictures!
This condo is far nicer than even the pictures show. Beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Great location an easy walk to coffee shops and restaurants downtown. The only negative for us was the proximity to the train line because we are light sleepers and the train horns are loud!

Perfect for a Family
This property was perfect for our family of 6 in Greensboro for a college swim meet. Spacious with high ceilings made it feel very comfortable. The 3 large bedrooms with separate bathrooms are very functional. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Greensboro
Great location, convenient to many Greensboro restaurants and attractions. The house is beautiful and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. If you are looking for a higher end VRBO experience, you will not be disappointed!

AGGIE GRADUATION STAY
My daughter graduated from NCA&T so we needed somewhere close to the Greensboro Coliseum. This beautiful townhouse was minutes away! We loved the keyless entry, the beautiful kitchen, spacious MBR with a sitting area and fireplace, the pictures don’t do the townhouse justice. Would rent this home again and again. I left a jacket and had no trouble retrieving it after checking out!

Great location and amenities
The property has the perfect amenities, space and location. We had plenty of space to spend together or if needed to get some quite time alone. We were very pleased with the communication from the owner and how responsive they were to questions. So close to downtown we were able to walk and enjoy the shops and burn off the Thanksgiving meal we we cooked. Can't say enough good about our experience we look forward to making this the location of choice as we visit our oldest who is in college in the area.

Great weekend getaway
Recently, we had a chance to stay in Greensboro for a little family getaway. This condo was perfect! Extremely clean, in a wonderful location with lots to do, and top-notch amenities. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. Hopefully it will be available next time we come to Greensboro.

I hosted a ladies game night for my birthday and it provided the perfect environment for a casual, relaxing, night in with a few friends. The home is very spacious and even more beautiful in person. Downtown splurge while kids at college camps…
The pictures of this end unit townhome don’t do it justice- the interior is gorgeous, 12 ft ceilings, maybe more, still warm and cozy, high-end finishes throughout, looks brand new, so comfortable, needed for nothing (except occasional instructions on how to operate some of the super fancy things :-). Walked to dining, coffee, shops. John was great, responsive and even offered to stop by to help with something. Loved it- would definitely stay again. (Only feedback is an outdoor umbrella on the back patio would be nice and some power-washing and upright chairs on the patio off the main bedroom would have made it a nightly hot spot)! Thanks for everything!

Even better than it seems on VRBO
This spacious, modern and beautifully appointed rental was a delightful find. We only stayed overnight but wanted for nothing. Everything we used was well-maintained and, although we did not cook a meal there, the kitchen was well-stocked, as were the bathrooms. There is very convenient off-street parking and the outdoor spaces were very pleasant. There is a nearby train but we were not disturbed by it. We would stay again without hesitation!

Great location, even better townhouse!
We had such an amazing stay! We loved so many things about it. The place itself was so spacious. Each of the bedrooms are a great size with very comfortable beds and pillows. The bathrooms are very nice and clean as well. This town house has a great kitchen, fully stocked If you’re looking to cook but if not, it’s so so easy to walk to many different restaurants and breweries/bars! We loved that we could walk to the cute little downtown just a convenient 2 min walk away. I highly recommend this place, I’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this one has been the best so far!
