3 Bedroom Emerywood Home in High Point, NC

  • Thank you for considering our home.
    To protect our special home from disrespectful guests that might treat our home poorly, we only permit experienced guests that have 5-star review history from past hosts.
    If you do not have a review history, please share with us what brings you to town and we may consider your situation. If not, we may cancel your reservation within 72 hours of your creating the reservation with a 4% processing fee.

    Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

    This is a well-maintained, historic 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home located in the lovely Emerywood neighborhood of High Point, NC. There is a back Den that has a pull out couch. A washer and dryer is in a separate closet is connected to the den. The front bedroom has a double size bed. The back and middle bedrooms have queen size beds. We did add a TV in the back bedroom that was not photographed.

    Our location is conveniently located to Truist Point stadium for Carolina Core FC soccer games and Rockers baseball games. (1 mile away) The Qubein Children`s museum is also 1 mile away. Brown Truck Brewery, Sweet Old Bills BBQ restaurant and Joy coffee bar are all .5 miles away. The HP Library which hosts a Farmer`s Market every Saturday morning April - October is less than 1 mile.

    The whole house is for use.

    If you are bringing your pets along, we just ask to pick up any dog poop outside in the front or backyard, and also try to not let them on the furniture. Please note also that our neighbors have 2 German Shepherds next door that do like welcome new guests. They may bark a `hello` but they do calm down eventually. Please reach out to us if there are any issues with the neighbor dogs.

    *Please note* Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee.
    We ask guests with pets to keep them off the furniture and to pick up any 💩 they leave behind, thanks!

Loved the 2 family rooms & furniture. A lot of extension cords. Metal beds were squeaky. Path to front door was dangerous with all the broken tile - should be fixed. Driveway dips because of the cracks in cement - should be fixed. Loved the porch swing, backyard & neighborhood. Homey & quiet.
