"Renting with Kaelin is always my first choice as I know that the property is always as advertised, clean, and she is the hostess with the mostess!! I chose a one room all emcompassed instead of having a separate bedroom and it was perfect! It was only me and the room was more than enough! Fully equipped with all I needed.I loved being in the middle of town as it was near all of my appointments. My college friend and I met for dinner at Bull and Barrell and it was delicious! Being born and raised in Statesboro it was exciting to see how Statesboro is continually growing and have restaraunts of this caliber. Appreciate it all Kaelin!!! I'll be back soon!"

"Overall, this is a perfect little studio for a short stay in Statesboro. It was nicely decorated, clean, and walkable to all the fun stuff downtown It was pretty sparse in the way of any dishes, even tho there is a full kitchen. Due to the way the building is built, anything happening in the halls, next door, or above if fully audible from the bed. There was a big commotion outside as restaurant workers were getting off shift and it did jar me awake. The bathroom was clean, but clearly had no handsoap- someone had just added water to too little soap. In addition, the city was doing construction work in the morning before check out and the water was shut off without any notice in the middle of my shower and stayed off for more than 30 minutes. This was no fault of the host, but a major inconvenience none the less. Overall, I felt my experience was positive and i would stay here again."
