- Family-friendly, refreshed & perfect location! Your family will be close to everything in Greeneville. And you’ll have a great time even if you don’t go anywhere at all. Finished Basement is a Rec room with Pool table, foosball, board games etc.
Plenty of room to spread out- inside or out!
Perfect for families or groups. With 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, there is room for everyone.
Primary bedroom has a king bed and a half bath.
Second bedroom has a queen bed.

Excellent location. A little over an hour from Dollywood and other activities we enjoyed in that area. Less than an hour to hiking trails in the mountains. The coffee shop near the college is unique and top quality. Very quiet neighborhood. Perfect size for the three adults in our party. host was extremely responsive.
