We are welcoming this charming, Newly Renovated 100-year-old Farmhouse Cottage to THE GREEN MOUNTAIN CABIN family.
It's minutes away from downtown Greeneville restaurants and markets and Tusculum University.
The closest Market is 2 minutes away from the house. A Couple minutes away from Johnston Farm Wedding Venue. A 45-mile drive to Dollywood Pigeon Forge, TN. Less than an hour away from Kingsport or Johnson City.

The house has the following Features:
* 2 Bedrooms with 1 King bed, 1 Full Bed, and 1 twin mattress.
The beds are made with hotel-grade sheets, blankets, and 4 pillows.
* Full bathroom with tub shower, toiletries, towels, washcloths, and hair dryer.
* Beautiful New Kitchen with all new appliances and everything you will need to prepare a nice meal or just make a cup of coffee. We have complementary coffee, creamer, sugar, and sweetener at the coffee station, as well as tea kettle and tea.
* Dinning room has seating for 6 people
* Living Room has comfortable reclinable couches SMART TV and Church organ..
We do offer a complementary WIFI with high-speed internet.
*Laundry room with New Washer and Dryer, iron board, and iron. We also provide laundry detergent and cleaning supplies.
* The backyard has a large grass yard for pets and kids. Charcoal Barbecue and sitting area..
* Driveway is grass/gravel, very large and can accommodate a car/truck, trailer.

Wonderful stay

Marcela was such a sweet host and the house was lovely. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Close to town and not far from other cities with plenty to do.

Positives: Nice neat small house, close to town, great communication with our host, quiet, rural feel, amenities were adequate for the most part.To consider: the road is busy and fairly narrow. We enjoyed our visit with our two small dogs.

Nice little spot in Greeneville Tennessee

We always are so greateful when an owner host will allow us to have our dog, bengi. We only stayed a couple of nights but our experience was totally positive. Cozy home. We would definitely rent again!

Great Stay

Went to Greeneville for a short stay. Enjoyed this older home. Perfect for us and our adult daughter. Was bitterly cold while there (single digits). Host provided a couple of space heaters, and that helped keep the bedrooms warmer. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Superly perfect cottage!

It's beautiful, spacious, and just absolutely perfect for my stay. Every thing you need is here, including the relaxing swing on the front porch to the fire pit in the back. Just bring your clothes and food and explore the beautiful mountains and parks as well as historical places. Then watch a little TV and crawl into the cozy beds for a peaceful night of rest! The hosts were so wonderful and made this stay great!

Perfect place for my wedding trip

My fiance and family stayed at this cute home while in town for our wedding! Minutes away from our venue, beautiful scenery, pet friendly for our dog, and had two bedrooms plus an additional twin mattress and ample couch space. It has an attached laundry room, full kitchen, lovely front porch with a swing, and a table out back. The hostess kept us updated on repairs that were being done on our way to town, and she was so sweet to answer any questions we had while there! I would definitely stay at this home again.

Extra room at Christmas

What a perfect little spot! We needed extra beds to celebrate Christmas with my son and his family and this little cottage was perfect. My only regret is that we didn't get to stay a bit longer! So we'll just have to go back. Thank you, Marcela.

Greeneville Farm House

My wife and I stayed here while visiting family in the area. House was perfect for our needs. Very good value for the price. House had all the necessities for our stay. The front porch swing and cows and goats in the pastures behind us visited us everyday, and were welcome bonuses. The owners live in the property behind the house, and were very responsive to any needs we had (locked ourselves out the first morning... LOL). We would definitely stay here again on any future trips to the area.

Peaceful Retreat

This was our second stay in the White Little Cottage. Beautiful remodel of the kitchen. The home is so cozy and inviting. Perfectly situated for a quick drive into town.
