"one of the lights in the room didn’t turn on, as well as the heat not working all too good but besides that everything was perfect and i will love to book again!"

"The lobby is bright and open. One elevator was not working, the other incredibly slow. Looks to have been recently renovated or in process. Room was large and clean. A/C took a decent amount of time to cool the room, but worked decently. Someone I was traveling with could not get their to work. Parking lot is dim. Paid for parking and still got a notice I had not. "

"The next room guest had loud conversation all night. I was tired but couldn't sleep because of the noisy talk coming from next room. Dialed "front desk" to complain but the phone didn't work to connect to front desk ! "
