Chateau Coho sits in Lagoon Point on Whidbey Island's west side, a quiet waterfront neighborhood in Greenbank where the pace slows down the minute you arrive. The public beach at Lagoon Point is about a 15-minute walk away, the views stretch out across the water, and this three-bedroom, three-bath home gives a group of up to eight plenty of room to settle in and enjoy island time, indoors and out.

The main living area is upstairs, bright and open, with warm wood accents and tall windows that pull in the light. It opens onto water-view decks that work for everything from morning coffee to sunset dinners outside. The kitchen is fully equipped for casual breakfasts, picnic packing, or a fresh island dinner made with whatever you found at the farm stand that day. Two queen bedrooms share this level, and a sleeper sofa in the living room adds space for more guests.

Downstairs, the third queen bedroom has its own private entrance and its own bathroom, along with a TV, a mini fridge, and a microwave. It's a great fit for grandparents, a couple who likes a little extra privacy, or anyone on a different schedule. The converted garage is now a game room with a pool table and lounge seating, and it opens toward the covered patio, so game nights and rainy afternoons are easy.

Outside, the large yard gives everyone room to spread out. Kids can run around on the lawn, the Adirondack chairs are made for doing nothing at all, and the covered patio is ready for relaxed meals in any weather. Once the sun goes down, the tucked-away fire pit is the spot for s'mores and stargazing. Between the decks, the patio, and the yard, it's easy to spend most of the day outdoors.

Lagoon Point is a great base for exploring the island. Spend the morning beachcombing or fishing, keep an eye out for whales passing through the sound, or head out on a bike ride or hike. Greenbank Farm is just a few minutes away for pies, walking trails, and local shops. Admiralty Head Lighthouse at Fort Casey is about 15 to 20 minutes north, historic Coupeville and the bluff trail at Ebey's Landing are a little farther up the road, and Langley's waterfront village makes a nice afternoon trip to the south. Back at the house, you'll have private parking, Wi-Fi, and laundry, plus a fire pit and a view waiting at the end of the day.

- The third bedroom and bathroom are located on the first floor, separate from the rest of the home. They are not accessible from the main living space—you must go outside to enter this room.
- There are two outdoor cameras on the property. One is above the downstairs entrance, and the second is in front of the house, pointed at the street.
- Due to our septic system, infants are included in max. occupancy.
- This home allows 2 dogs under 30 lbs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine.
- Please note that infants are considered part of the total guest count under HOA rules.
- Whidbey Island is home to a naval air base. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance.
- There is no EV charger available on-site, and there are no nearby superchargers near the property.
- Please note that all persons (including infants, children, and visitors) at the home are counted toward the home's total occupancy. Guests cannot exceed the permitted occupancy at any time.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
