La atención al cliente expectacular, el cuarto siempre tuvo limpio, tiene una muy buena localización estás cerca de malls, lugares de comida, en fin todo muy bueno.

My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I called multiple times and waited more than 40 minutes before anyone answered the phone. When someone finally did answer, the employee was rude and offered no sense of urgency or customer service. I was also waiting for the hotel shuttle, but it never arrived. To make matters worse, I left a message for the manager, but my call was never returned. I also contacted Marriott Customer Service by email and never received a response. This level of service falls far below what I expect from a Marriott property. I have stayed with Marriott many times over the years, and this experience was unlike anything I have encountered. Unfortunately, experiences like this are one of the major reasons I continue to choose Hilton whenever possible. Customer service matters, and in this case, it was lacking at every level. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements for future guests.

Close to the airport & very convenient.

Great location. There were many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. We stayed here for a cruise, it was 5 minutes from the terminal. The lobby and hallways are very well maintained and up to date. However, the rooms are very dated. Also, I wished there had been more items in the gym. It was very basic,

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Lots of restaurants and activities nearby. Airport shuttle was easy.
