Elevators were huge inconvenience and the guy working the 24 hour store at night was very rude! Pool is hard to get to and the rooftop bar is only open two days out of the week and hard to get to as well.

We visited Harrah's- Las Vegas September 5-8 2026 with a group of 10 friends to enjoy the city and concert. Everything we did outside of our room away from the hotel was fantastic! My husband and I went to our room, it smelled like it was the room assigned for smoking weed. We went back downstairs and had a wonderful representative named Judy who assisted us in getting us a new room. The new room had a full view of The Sphere which was great. However this Harrah's needs to update their rooms they were not great at all. Carpet on the floor, outdated light fixtures, old phones that don't call down to front desk. They spray too much freshener to mask the smell of smoke that's allowed in the casino areas, which seep into the hotel. All things were ok until we got up Monday morning and had no power, contact the front desk, they are investigating, not given any timeframe. We are not told how to maneuver the hotel, the elevators are out as well. We find service elevators because someone in our group was told that is how we could get to the lobby. We go to brunch, come back, they are "still investigating" someone in our group got a call that they are switching their room. I await my call, NOTHING! I had to go to the front desk after leaving my name and number twice and being told someone would contact me. After it is all said and done that night we get our room changed to a side of the hotel with power, there is hair in the shower and it is worse than the previous room! NEVER AGAIN!

The only thing is good is the location. The hotel only allow valet parking otherwise you need to park to Bellageio or Aria which takes you about 10 minutes to walk to. Rooms are not clean, dusty everywhere. When I arrived the first night, I was trying to get some bed sheet for the sofa bed, called the front desk and room service for over 20 mins, no one picked up. I had to run down to tell the front desk my request. The worst part, when I was getting my car from the valet, the MF scraped my front bumper to the floor when he drove off the ramp.
