"The room was very cool. I like that they took a lot of care in renovating but giving the rooms personality—sealed concrete floors and murals instead of grey floors and walls. I don’t know if the rooms beside me were empty but I never heard a peep from outside my room! I liked the art all around the property as well, and the staff were very friendly. Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in Tucson."

"I was exhausted when I arrived and was experiencing a migraine. I was struggling and was so frustrated and embarrassed that I was ready to walk out. Ms Zahira Cordova saw what was happening and took over the sign-in for me. Her kindness and understanding of this 76 year old helped get me into a room, and did it with a smile. I've had several businesses, hired and trained hundreds of employees. Ms Cordova is exceptional. Whatever you are paying her isn't enough by half. She should have a substantial raise NOW, and a promotion. She will excel in any position. You don't want to lose this amazing woman."

"Staff was great. Place was nice and clean. Rooms are a little small. Only lost points for how loud the freeway is, then again I was pretty close it. Highly recommend."

"Was surprised to have no queen size beds, so sleeping was tight. No fan in the bathroom kept the odors present. The pool had more debris than needed. Staff and breakfast was great."

"Room was very dusty and outdated. Bath tub water does not drain well. The front desk receptionist was not very friendly. The breakfast was not good. The potatoes served were not fresh. You could tell they were old and dry. Would not have breakfast there again. Overall not a hotel I’d recommend. "

"There was not much parking, the room had roaches and the AC unit was not working properly. The rooms are cheap but not really where you want to stay! They have to have security guards at the front gate to secure the property due to the crime. "
