"Breakfast was adequate. Stayed 2 nights Just one egg option the first morning. No meat. No fresh fruit. 2nd day meat was added. 1 egg option. No fresh fruit. "

"This is an older hotel but even with it being older the cleanliness of the rooms was disgusting. The sheets in the bed smell horrible like they didn’t even use soap to wash them, our bathroom had blood stains on the tile, the rooms smelled horrible. The breakfast was mediocre at best and the food was cold, I even watched the lady who was refilling food put almost frozen potatoes in the pan that holds them. I specifically chose this brand of hotel and I am so disappointed. Never again! "

"Offered a complimentary upgrade which was nice, everyone so pleasant and helpful. Hotel was extremely clean everywhere! Only lacking was limited dining options as only buffet was open in casino or room service in the evening, and coffee and snack bar was only opening for a brief time in the mornings."

"My stay at Ramada by Wyndham Viscount Suites Tucson East was extremely disappointing. I had to be moved into four different rooms because something was wrong in each one—TV not working, AC not working, phones that didn’t function, missing garbage cans, lightbulbs missing from lamps, and even a door without a security latch. The entire property felt dark, outdated, and honestly a bit depressing due to the level of disrepair. The only bright spot was the front desk staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and clearly doing their best to accommodate guests. Unfortunately, it’s not their fault the property itself is in such poor condition. I really hope management invests in major improvements because the staff deserves a better place to represent."
