"We had a WONDERFUL time staying here! Pete was amazingly friendly, gave us a personal tour when we arrived and made sure we were all set up. The property and rooms were just as described and so much fun! The pictures really don't do it justice and just entering is jaw dropping. The game room was amazing, especially when the lights were off. We loved the common space for parents and the let the bridal party have the basement mostly. "The property is nice but definitely an old building. Also the windows had cracks in them, bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing I’ve slept in but it gets the job done. Cleaning fees are a bit much on this property. There’s no central AC and only had two AC units which one of the bedrooms didn’t have one. And the door was hanging off the hinges. All of that can be good a side though. Check in process was easy, neighborhood was nice, location to Peoria was decent, it is equipment with everything...

Accommodated our large group to be able to use the entire duplex, but there wasn't a space, inside or out, for us to gather/dine as one group. "It was clean. The beds and comforters were very comfortable. They had towels and soaps stocked. It was cozy yet had plenty of space. The couches were super comfortable. Great to relax in nice neighborhood. Too cold to sit outside. Has a great deck though. Listing was accurate with pictures. Easy to find and close to all the amenities in town. It was central to every where we were visiting in Illinois. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the unique A frame cabin. Thank you."

"We go to peoria/pekin occasionally for conventions, have stayed in many places in the area. This one has been my favorite ive stayed at locally. The place was clean and near quite a bit of food options and theres a grocery store a few min away. Will definitely be looking for this unit next time we need to stay in the area for the weekend."

"I honestly thought it was going to be a great experience at first. The place was brand new, everything super clean and comfortable. So new in fact the new paper towel holder in the kitchen hadn’t been mounted yet, and the new Roku tv hadn’t been set up. All that was good and well. Unfortunately the walls and ceilings are super thin with no sound insulation. I could literally hear the people in the unit above me talking normally, every word. "The team member at check in was very nice. She let us know that a kids sports team was staying at the hotel and they had been advised on how they were expected to act. She said “if they bother you, just call me and I’ll take care of it”. We really appreciated that ! Also, kudos to the kids and their chaperones…it was a very quiet night, no issues at all :0).
