"My 1st visit to Kalopsia and it did not disappoint. Arrived by private Charter and pulled right up to the floating dock with our host waving her arms welcoming us...it was awesome! The host and team loaded our luggage al placed them in the Villa, met us in the Villa for a tour and great information i needed to hear. Villa was spotless with insane views, well appointed, brand new mind you, easy to get around the grounds, reverse Osmosis water"

"This house was beautiful and extremely spacious for our large group (3 couples with 7 kids 12-17). The downstairs was a perfect place for all the kids. They had their own kitchenette, bathroom, couch, table with chairs, and access to the pool and front of the house. We spent a ton of time on the expansive front porch, around the large kitchen island, and on the plush living room couches, watching movies at night. The pool was nice in the early parts of the day or later afternoon/evening as the midday sun made it a little toasty. Misty, the owner, was extremely attentive and responsive to any concerns or needs. We had a small issue on our arrival date with the prior guests leaving late, pushing our entry time back in order for her home to be cleaned. Misty responded with kindness and generous compensation. There is a dock at her other home (approx. 10min by golf cart) that is available if you have a boat. Sunset Pizza and Treasure Sands Beach Club are a must! The beach club serves lunch and dinner with a full-service bar, a pool for the kiddos, and access to the beach. I highly recommend renting a boat if you don't have one, to island hop. Big O's pigs on Nunjack Cay are awesome, Green Turtle, Guana, and Hopetown were amazing!!! We will be back. Thank you Misty."

"Great place to stay! Went for my birthday and it was awesome. The host Doug was very responsive and made check in and everything else super easy! He even helped me set up a taxi from the airport and made the recommendation to get groceries in Marsh Harbor on the way which was the right call. The place was super clean and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. AC worked perfectly and the showers were nice and hot! Beds and pillows were super comfy. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, beach chairs, trash bags, coffee maker, pots and pans, good WIFI and a cool cable box with all the local channels and movies you could ever need. Even had a gas grill outside on the patio! Will definitely be going back in the future :)"

"The house was very clean and has been renovated. The area was very quiet and relaxing. Coin laundry is right next door (don't bring a roll of quarters because you have to buy tokens). The pool area was always clean and the beach was wonderful with lounge chairs and umbrellas provided. Great place to stay!"
