Families and two-couple groups use it as one house with a built-in split: kids or grandparents on one floor, everyone together on the porches and at the water. You get the garden-level bay and the upstairs horizon without booking The Beehive or the full estate.

The stay
Wake to sea turtles, spend the day on the water, come home to the porch. Multi-generational weeks work here because nobody is stacked in one kitchen. This is the original bay-front yellow house — not the 2024 Beehive next door.
Location
Coco Bay, northern Green Turtle Cay, North Abaco, Bahamas. Walk to the beach. Green Turtle Club / White Sound is the nearest marina landmark. New Plymouth for shops and dinner. Arrive Marsh Harbour (MHH) → Treasure Cay ferry dock → Green Turtle Cay.
