This is a small family owned place. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My room wasn’t the cleanest, but I’ve seen worse. It cost me $45 and was worth every dollar. I’ll stay again.

I used to think this place was great as I’ve stayed there multiple times over the years with my dog with no issues. Well recently, Christmas Eve to be exact, I went there to check in after making a reservation online and they wouldn’t let me check in because they said my dog was too big. The same dog that I have stayed there with multiple other times. He wasn’t too big before, but now on Christmas Eve, with not a single other car in the parking lot, he’s too big and can’t stay. Luckily the Super 8 right down the road happily let me stay there and also gave me a discount. I won’t ever bother trying to stay at the Western Inn again, with or without a dog.

We apologize for not being able to accommodate your stay. Our policy states, no pets larger than 30lbs, due to damages from the larger pets we no longer allow them in our rooms. Apologies for any inconvenience this may be for you, it is nothing personal, just trying to prevent future damages to our rooms since we have been updating our rooms with new appliances.

Did not stay at this hotel. There was a mistake in reservations. I am requesting my money back. Hotel never sent confirmation of my reservation to my email. I asked my cc to revers charges. I had a delayed flight to Salt Lake City, which is still a 2 1/2 hr drive to this motel. I called letting the motel know I'd be arriving late. When I arrived in Salt Lake I called again to let them know when I'd be arriving. They had no record of my reservation. Travelocity called them to try to get a refund and they said I was a no show so no refund. They had no record of me calling and they wouldn't budge. Oh yeah, they were booked and the room that was mine was the last one which was given up. So it's not as if they lost money because I didn't show up. You get what you pay for.. cheap motel, cheap service. Stay away from this and any other motels/hotels that don't post their policies and have no refundable policies. Also stay away hotels that charge your card before you show up and now after you've stayed there. They are suppose to be in the service business which they show no capability of performing. I wouldn't stay there if they gave me a night for free now. I let Travelocity know they shouldn't be dealing with such schlock outfits too.

Dear customer,We apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. However, it was confirmed from the hotel call logs and records that you only called once to let us know your flight would be delayed and that you would arrive at 10pm. Our staff stayed up until 4 am well past closing to wait for your arrival. You never showed or contacted us again regarding your reservation. The hotel was booked out, we had full rooms and turned customers away just to reserve your room and ensure you had a place to stay when you arrived. You paid for your room online through the travel agency, so your room was kept for you because it was paid for when you booked it. Our policies on all our travel agencies specifically states that we have a 24 hour cancellation window. "Travelers who cancel 24 hours or more before 4pm on the day of check in are charged no fee's, Travelers who cancel less than 24 hours before 4 pm on day of check in are charged 1 night plus tax" Best regards, Western inn Management

We were just passing through but the area of Green River, WY was beautiful. The rooms were older but had everything we needed for the night including a fridge and microwave. Staff was friendly.

I have stayed here several times on cross-country trips. If you just need an overnight stop, this is a great choice: just off I-80, inexpensive, next to the cheapest gas in town, and several eateries are just down the street.

When I checked in the young lady working the office was very friendly and helpful…the room was ok, it wasn’t totally cleaned especially the floor, didn’t seem to be vacuumed very well…didn’t use the shower…toilet was very slow flushing…but it was quiet

I have no idea how this property passes inspection. The bathroom was so dirty, with poop splatters in the toilet, ring around the tub, an acrylic nail and gummy bear on the floor in the bathroom in plain sight. That was just the bathroom...fridge didn't work and our food went bad. Don't get me started on the toilets not working properly...

The room was in poor condition. The refrigerator freezer has not been thawed in a very long time. There was blood on the mattress cover. The carpet under the bed was disgusting. I asked for ice three different times and it was not provided. The ice machine was broken, but there was an ice chest next to it that was supposed to be filled with ice brought in from elsewhere, but it was empty. I will not stay nor recommend this motel to anyone.

All I can say is you get what you pay for The carpet was stained very bad sheets and pillowcases were stained Refrigerator was dirty inside Don’t know why it was on Expedia
