At the heart of the home is a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with dual oven, two refrigerators (one with ice maker), microwave, dishwasher, blender, pots, pans, wine glasses, serving platters, and all the essentials for group meals and holiday feasts.

A dedicated coffee bar—complete with drip maker, Keurig, pods, teas, and to-go cups—makes winter mornings extra cozy.

Dine together at the island (4 seats), kitchen table (4 seats), or the elegant formal dining room (seats 6), perfect for festive dinners or retreat meals.

The living room fireplace sets the scene for slow mornings, game nights, or snuggling up after a winter walk around the neighborhood.

A private office with desk, monitor, and comfortable chair provides a quiet space to get work done or unwind with a book while the snow falls outside.

All bedrooms include smart TVs, phone chargers, portable fans, ceiling fans, full-length mirrors, extra pillows/blankets, and fully stocked private bathrooms with plush towels, toiletries, makeup towels, Q-tips, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and more.

Lower Level | Game Nights, Retreat Sessions & Winter Fun

This Victorian estate sets the stage for meaningful moments, memorable gatherings, and cozy winter magic—no matter the occasion.

A rental agreement is required for all reservations, and since we’re API-connected through our property management system (OwnerRez), we’re able to send and sign it securely outside of Airbnb. We just ask that it’s completed within 24 hours of booking.

We also place a $300 security-deposit hold, which is processed safely through Stripe—nothing is charged unless there’s an issue.
