This newly remodeled ranch provides the perfect space for game day entertaining in 2 areas, and a fully stocked outdoor space with fully fenced backyard!

Master Bedroom: King memory foam mattress; closet for storage.

Bedroom 2: Queen memory foam mattress; closet for storage.

Bedroom 3: Queen memory foam mattress; closet for storage.

Bedroom 4: Queen memory foam mattress; closet for storage.

FOUR Smart TVs in the living area are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services. Smart TV in dining area and projector screen in basement for gaming!

Basement game room includes full size ping pong table, 4 gaming chairs, projector screen and Nintendo 64 console.

Full bathroom has bathtub/shower. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Makeup towelettes are available along with a hair dryer.

Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen! The dining area can seat 8, and exterior dining area can seat 6.

A starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and toilet paper are provided!

Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A Keurig 12 cup coffee maker and k-cup coffee maker are available; we provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia!

Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available.

$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.

Guests will have access to the entire home, 2 stall garage and exterior space. Guests do not have access to any locked closets.

We are available for guests if needed via Airbnb messaging, and a phone number is provided after booking for emergencies! Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

The grill is located on the back deck, and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.

Please be respectful of our home and our neighbors as many have lived in the neighborhood for decades.

No overnight street parking is allowed in City of Green Bay from 3am - 5am.

If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.

Credit card fees are non-refundable upon booking if reservation is cancelled by guest.

- No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the home. A $500 fee will apply for anyone found to have smoked inside the property.
- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors when using outside spaces, music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm and before 8am.
- Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door and yard, back door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.

- Please remove your shoes when in the home.
- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 per hour if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Trip insurance is recommended with your stay as the cancellation policy does not include covering for sickness or weather circumstances. Please see Airbnb`s strict cancellation policy for further details.
- We do not refund any credit card fees for reservations canceled by guest.

Super easy for a game! But beware...side door to driveway does not open consistently - a huge safety risk. If you are above 6' tall you will not be able to use the basement due to the ceiling height. Fun themed house and beds were comfortable.

Very clean, thoughtfully set up, cute home in a safe, centrally located, mid-century neighborhood! I stayed for 11 nights with my two dogs, so the large, fence-in yard was ideal, and I'd definitely stay there again. It was only us, but this property would be perfect for a larger group.I was impressed by the cleanliness of the home and there were plenty of towels, blankets, and kitchen appliances/utensils. I only used the primary bedroom (closed the doors on the others to keep them clean) and the mattress was very comfortable. I wasn't a fan of the pillows in that room (but each person's taste is different so that isn't a criticism of the home), and I had my own fluffy pillow with me, so it was not an issue. With changes in weather throughout my stay, I had to use the AC, Heat, and completely no system running at various times, and the house was always a comfortable temperature. I believe the unit might be newer.The only suggestions I have (and these are not complaints at all - just ideas) would be to add some kind of patio light/motion light in the back yard. Either attached to the side of the garage or the back of the house. It gets pitch black out there at night. Also, maybe add some dimmer switches to the living room, dining room, and primary bedroom. Or install bulbs that aren't the brightness of 1000 suns.Overall, my dogs and I had a great stay! Thank you!
