the room was very tidy. beds looked clean, even the fridge was nice and clean. staff made checking in very easy. only complaint was the 100$ deposit. it didn’t say in the booking that there would be one. luckily i had enough money for it. all in all was pretty satisfied with my stay

Very clean room. Our room had full size frig, dishwasher, microwave, 2 burner elect stove and garbage disposal. However......there was NO coffee maker in room. (Will bring our own next time, just in case) Great location to hospital. Will return for our next hospital appointments.Staff friendly and helpful. Nice continental breakfast. Great place for folks who need to stay days for medical treatments.

The most important thing was it felt safe. All doors remained locked. Next the staff had great customer service skills. There was an issue with my booking through the 3rd party, but the staff and management quickly resolved with no issues
