This property is very close to Mackinaws restaurant which has really great food and service! I've stayed here quite a few times and it is always clean and friendly staff! It is also close to UWGB for any parents visiting their kids.

We had a little problem that was resolved quickly and professional, the manager was very kind and with the help of his staff made our trip so much better. Thanks and gratitude to Country Inn suites we will stay there again.

Front desk at 10:30 at night was rude when checking in after driving 3+ hours in snow. No welcome or Hi. Acted I was interrupting his conversation with another co worker. Checkout staff was very pleasant. Good continental breakfast. Room clean. Beds comfortable. Pillows have no support, so bring your own. Would have been nicer to have a walk in shower with bench vs a 1970 tub.

Velvet did a fantastic job working on the breakfast area to make sure all food items were hot and delicious!! She was on top of it all, so pleasant to all the guests she came in contact with. Excellent service Velvet!! Taylor made sure we had everything we needed for our room(somehow there wasn't a blow dryer). I also needed a plunger and she helped me with an embarrassing moment. Very courteous and always smiling.
