Prime location and brand new construction in Greeley! Located minutes away from tons of restaurants and shopping, with sparkling and stylish accommodations, this spacious condo is perfect for the whole family (or even 2)! Enjoy your Northern Colorado getaway in a space that feels like it was built just for you.

Our condo features modern/contemporary design, a 2-car garage, 2 king beds (plus 2 bunk beds), and a charming outdoor patio complete with grill.

Guests will have access to the entire property, including living spaces, 2-car garage and a patio.

We give guests their space, and check-in is automated, but we are quick to respond to any questions or concerns that might arise during your stay.

The condo is located just a few blocks away from Greeley's Center Place. This means LOTS of restaurants to choose from, and plenty of shopping as well. You will also be close to Highway 34, which means quick and easy access to other destinations in Northern Colorado.

Please note that the condo is brand new construction, and some parts of the development are still under construction. This may mean additional traffic, but construction noise is limited in the morning and evening.

Getting around by car is super convenient from this central location. Plenty of parking in our 2 car garage, private driveway and a nearby street.

Please note that this development is still under construction. Expect a little extra dust outside and some construction traffic. However, guests should NOT expect construction noise in the morning and evening, as the buildings closest by have been completed.

We stayed at this property for about a week while visiting family. We did not hang out at the property, but found it to be warm and well appointed with an excellent location. We will definitely look to stay at this property again on a return visit.

We rented the property to bring our family together in between the holidays. The set up of the living spaces and bedrooms was good for visiting, mealtime and rest. The location is near shopping, highways and a few miles from I-25. We would rent with these hosts and this property again.

Everything was in order and clean. For our diverse family the place was just about perfect. Since we had such a large group, the only improvement would have been an additional shower.

Stayed here for a competition at UNC. Owner communicates via email. Once that was learned everything was good. Not sure if the wifi or my email was slow in sending messages. Property was great and sleeps a lot of people! Worked well for our short stay!
