"Lovely hotel with friendly staff and amazing views. Breakfast and dinner had lots of choice and tasty food. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of places to sit and relax."

"I really wanted to give this hotel 5 star, but I simply can’t! The majority of the hotel is perfection and it was an absolute luxury having three days there… the pool itself is a wonder with the view to mount Etna, and so is the restaurant next door to the pool which overlooks the water. One issue was the rooms. We were give a nice room but the electricity didn’t work. An electrician came and after 20 mins of waiting, it was back on. But then it broke again the next day and we were once again waiting for an electrician to come for c.30 mins. This delayed our evening plans. They decided to move us to another room - but it was smaller! They the moved us again to one of their newly refurbished rooms which although really lovely, the air-con didn’t work. I gave up trying by that point as we had to leave anyway. The inside of the hotel is quite dated and when we arrived we really weren’t sure what we were in for, but the pool is the attraction and rightly so. Another reason why I can’t give 5 star is because of the shuttle buses. Although its great that the hotel provides free shuttle buses to and from the town, they are not frequent and book up really quickly. If you miss out, you need to pay for a taxi to the town which is around 20 euro one way. More shuttles are needed. "

"We had the top floor with balcony and a beautiful view of the beach!! Lots of stairs to climb 69 lol but worth it. Free parking just down the street. Lots of restaurants. The place was clean. We enjoyed it very much!!"

"Fabulous!!!! Super clean, terrific breakfast with hot and cold items The staff, especially Julia, made us feel right at home. Brava!!! Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Can't wait to go back. Get an ocean view room, it's breathtaking. I give this place a solid 10 out of ten. "

"We had everything we needed, and more. Very comfortable. It felt like home and Rosanna was attentive and helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed - very modern and well-equipped. The location was great. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and along the beach. And it has a bath! Will stay here again next time in Naxos!"

"Warning! Avoid this hotel Our stay was made hell by monstrously loud Friday night music till almost 1am. When l got out of bed to complain ..l wouldn't normally but the sound was so loud - l found other guests also begging the unhelpful front desk.man to do something about it. One poor lady was crying. He promised it would end at midnight. It didn't. When l went down again at almost one o'clock he denied the party music was still playing!! He also lied to my husband about it. Eventually l got his boss to get the sound down Clearly the hotel Makes it's money from parties not the poor suffering guests. But surely they could A. Employ kind polite staff who are not rude to customers And B . Invest in sound proofing for the deluxe rooms . It was a rotten experience . But the whole thing was hell The hotel was also in a poor location.and rather old fashioned. But "

"The hosts are friendly, but the bed linens and towels are different, and the hot water runs out before you've finished showering. Breakfast is a day-old croissant and coffee or tea. The room is cold in winter. I don't recommend it."
