Dear guest, thank you for your review. We always recommend a car directly after the booking process for our Villas are located at the end of the Cape of Marathias. There is no public traffic and scooters / quads are not a good option for our road is curvy and steep. Concerning the WiFi connection we feel sorry, we have no influence on the data rates, but most of the time the WiFi quality is very good, especially in the reception area. Dear traveller - what a disappointment – we are really shocked for this is our first two-stars out of five at Expedia / hotels.com! First of all we feel sorry to read that you did not enjoy your stay with us to the fullest. We want to take the opportunity to answer in detail to your critical points - Concerning the change of the bedclothes: As we are an apartment residence but not a hotel, we change bedclothes twice a week. Our housekeeping lady makes sure to change the towels when they are dirty or lie aground (as mentioned in the room booklet). - Concerning the reception / Check-in: directly after your booking we give you advise who you can easily Check-in by yourself when you arrive when the reception is closed (there is no 24-hours-service for we are a small apartment residence, not a hotel) - apologies if this procedure was not that easy for you as it was for many others guests before - Our housekeeping lady is working with us for many years and our guests (and we ourselves) are fully satisfied with her work and happy for having her in our team. Apologies. - Last but no least: Our fresh and healthy breakfast is a matter close to our hearts. We feel very sorry your didn't enjoyed it. We hope to have shown with our detailed answer that we care very much about your opinion and enjoyment during vacation.
