Dear Jan,I would gladly apologise if you were answering one of my 5 messages that i was asking you what was the problem and what was unclean... Since you are not answering us i assume that you just made a fast booking without thinking too much and without reading the descriptions carefully. In that case i would like to tell you that it is very unfair to write a review like this and more unfair to blame our cleaning lady that works for us.. (you know if i was taking serious your review maybe this lady could loose her job) but i work with her 3 years now and i know that she cleans very well and me and our guests are very satisfied!Since you did not even ask for a refund and you just left in half an hour from the house it is obvious that you made a wrong booking.. Since you you had a 2 weeks reservation and you say that "it was unclean" why you did not ask or even better "demand" from us to clean asap ? and instead of that you left with out even asking to clean or for a refund? it is obvious that you made a wrong booking.. and it is obvious that you made an unfair review. If you have some dignity (which i doubt) you should ask to change this review.. it is not my fault if you did a wrong booking and more than that it was not a fault from our cleaner to blaim her.
