Staff were nice and attentive. Especially Isabella who was so knowledgeable. But at the high rates we paid there was not enough value although the property rooms are large and lovely. Needs key upgrades in ventilation system, showers etc. pool was nice and would benefit from 24 hour reception and at least a small cafe on site.

Next to quite a busy road so it's not very relaxing sitting on the balcony. Absolutely no food or drink facilities so if you fancy a drink when lying by the pool you have to bring your own. Breakfast is delivered to your door on a tray at a time you specify so this means you can't be spontaneous if you wake up early and want an early breakfast. There are a lot of steps to get up to the property which is tiresome with luggage. Apartment itself was ok but I would not stay there again or recommend it.

Also, guests can change the time of their breakfast whenever they want it is just better that we know their preferable time from the night before. When guests arrive at the bottom of the stairs they can call us to help with their luggage. Have a great summer

A mixed review. When I booked it was advertised as ‘Skiathos Luxury Living’ when we arrived it has been downgraded to Skiathos Living. The apartment was very basic. Very limited self catering faculties, which meant we then had to eat out for every meal. The apartment furnishing were simple, clean but heavily stained on the sofas and curtains. The beds were uncomfortable. The children had to put duvets on the mattresses so they could not feel the springs. That said, the apartment was cleaned a daily with fresh towels etc. The pool was sufficient, but small with no bar / shop (fine for us but highlighting). Great location to Skiathos town which was perfect for our 16 year old girls. Bus route stop 1, was right outside complex with supermarket and bakery not much further. Small balcony but with a stunning view of Skiathos. Lovely island, great people, very friendly, affordable but very busy and commercial in places. Old town is stunning. Beaches lovely. We hired a small power boat for a couple of days, which was great to escape some of the busier beaches.

Totally misleading photos and not worth the price
This place was marketed as “luxury living” and the price they charge is a luxury price. We paid AUD 921 for 3 nights including breakfast. It was NOT worth anything like that price. The photos are seductive and the promise of a deluxe Seaview suite had us fooled. The place is listed as a hotel - it isn’t. It’s constructed as apartments, but operates as a quasi hotel/serviced apartment, but yet is neither. There were no common areas except the pool and no dining area. In fact, the reception is located in a ground floor apartment. Yet, it was not a proper apartment either. Far from the billed full service kitchen, there was no microwave, just an old rusty 2 burner plug-in stove. The kitchen had no knives, except from one small chopping knife. If you wanted to self cater, you could not do that. Far from luxury, I would describe it as Spartan. The mattress on the bed is thin and you could feel every spring. The living room furniture actually comprises mostly wooden boxes with thin mattresses on top. The furnishings were sparse in a huge space. The living room was huge, but with a tiny TV tucked in the corner. The breakfast was delivered on a tray to the room, but no choice or options were offered. While over generous, more than you could eat, it was mostly carbohydrate - lots of bread, croissants, pastries, pies, cake etc, though a boiled egg was always included. But the cheese and ham were low quality. The only good points were the views, and the staff very helpful.

Firstly, the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We had a full panoramic view of the port of Skiathos and the run way to the airport which meant we could watch the aeroplanes arrive and take off which was amazing. Breakfast was delivered on a tray with a range of items; boiled egg, ham, cheese, savoury pastries, sweet pastries, bread and spreads, juices and tea. It was far too much for 2 of us but plenty to choose from. We didn’t have chance to use the pool due to our short stay but it did look busier than other pools we have used in Skiathos/ Skopelos. There was no pool bar and so it would be difficult to stay there all day. It is a large complex with many buildings, to get to a room you may have to get into multiple lifts. It is also up a lot of steps which is a small downside for me. After a lovely meal with a full belly to then have to climb I find it exhausting especially in the heat. The room was lovely with a kitchen area, living room and dining room table. The bathroom was large. The bedroom was up more stairs which in the night were a little difficult when you need a midnight wee! But the bed and sofas were very comfy and relaxing. On arrival we received a lovely glass of refreshing lemonade and a traditional sweet too which was a lovely welcome from the reception staff.

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed at. The rooms were very spacious and modern and had magnificent views of the port and town. Breakfast was great and the pool was wonderful and so enjoyable to swim in during a hot summers day. But most of all the staff were so friendly and truely made you feel so welcomed at all times. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Very pleasant stay here for 8 nights. Large rooms and balcony with limited kitchen facilities for self catering. Great views of the sea and a short walk into town. Not recommended for those with mobility issuing unless you don’t mind climbing stairs. The Bali Beds do need a clean as well as the sofa/cushions in the room. But a very good hotel.

Excellent hotel apartments in superb location mins walk from town, bus stop & full view of runway and harbour. 40 steps up to reception and then lifts available. We stayed in Loft apartment and standard double, both v good size rooms with everything you need. Breakfast is cereal, bread ham cheese egg yoghurt cake etc! Rooms have soundproof doors so you hear nothing at all. Maria is the hostess you would always wish for, super friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool with mega comfy pool beds too.

We booked this hotel based on the fact that there would be 3 of us and we wanted to have our own rooms. When we walked into the room we were impressed with the view and the fact that it had two levels. The top level had the living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom. We were very happy until we turned on the air conditioning. The upper level had no problem with cooling, but the lower level air conditioning was not working. The temperature was in the mid 80's to give you an idea of the warmth. We opened the window, but because it was next to the pool there was several bushes that did not allow for good air flow and the bugs were a little intense. We contacted the manager and she came to assess the problem. She said she could not get it fixed and would provide a fan. I understand that she was not capable of fixing the problem and tried to remedy the situation, but someone should have been called out since we were paying $200 a night. This is very expensive for the time of year we were in, but we thought we would splurge a little to be really comfortable. This was not going to be the case for the third person in our party. We thought, oh well, and in the morning we were looking forward to our breakfast that was practically for 2 when it was 3 of us. Considering that during peak season this room costs $400 the service is mediocre and far from that standard. This was expressed during check out with no intention to make up for it. Would not recommend for the price.

Great location
The apartments are new & in a good location with views over the new port. It is close to the bus stop for the many beaches. The restaurants & shops on the old port are also a short walk away. Maria & Michael we’re very helpful, organising taxis, carrying bags & letting us have the use of the apartment for the day as we had a late flight back. Altogether a great experience & recommend Skiathos Luxury Living.

Amazing place to stay.
Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The staff were all superb, Maria and her team couldn’t do enough to help us. The apartment was very well situated and immaculate. It’s only a very short walk to the harbour, shops, restaurants etc. The pool area was beautiful and quiet and there’s was no trouble ever getting a sun lounger. We would definitely book again.

A well-managed and comfortable option in town
A very well-managed hotel about 5 minutes from Skiathos airport, and a 5-10 min walk into the old port area. Not a "resort" offering but very convenient, clean and comfortable. We stayed here for a long weekend and it suited us perfectly - we didn't bother with a car hire, and used the bus/ferries to get around. The manager and staff are very friendly

Overall a good stay but would not recommend it mainly because it's really expensive for what it offers. Reception staff was lovely. Negatives: 1. Breakfast In an apartment for 4 people that costs 400euros/night you do expect a really good breakfast. Breakfast served was poor both in quantity and quality. 2. Swimming Pool Area Swimming pool area is really small and if there are many kids it's not a good place to relax. Also service in the swimming pool area was poor as well.

Brand new (finished) and very high quality by Greek standards No bar or restaurant and breakfast delivered to your room Great location close to town/ Port (5 minute walk)but also quiet at night. Incredible views from all rooms. The only real downside is the 40+ steps from the street to the reception but then elevators take you to all floors (23 rooms) while to you get your breath back! Highly recommended and really nice island

An amazing find!
We have been holidaying on Skiathos for the last 5 years now & this years accommodation was exceptional. From the moment we arrived to the time that we left nothing was too much trouble for the friendly Maria & her team. Beautiful apartments with adequately equipped kitchenette, spacious bedroom/ living area, private bathroom & balcony. A very nice complimentary continental breakfast was served to our room at the time requested daily. Hot breakfast was also available at an extra charge. The views of skiathos from our room were superb, though all the rooms have a similar view. On the third floor we found the pool & sun terrace with extra large sun loungers & free pool towels. Our stroll into the port of skiathos was only 350/400 metres away with a variety of good Greek/ fish tavernas. With plenty of places to eat in skiathos we are always spoilt for choice, though we do have a few favourites. Once again a big thank you to the friendly Maria & her very hard working team. Hope to see you again next year.

Great boutique hotel a few steps from the port and downtown Skiathos. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room (better said the two bedroom apartment with sea view) was amazing, very comfortable and spacious. Loved it! would go back any time.

Hotellet ligger på toppen av ca 10 - 15 meter høy trapp (ingen annen tilkomst) Veldig enkel drift, ingen lobby, kun et lite rom ved siden av inngangen, og nøklene i et rotnlandt papirer, litt her og litt der. Rommet vårt var kjempestort, i to plan, bra utstyrt men ikke spesielt imponerende. Frokosten leveres på døren. Heller ikke imponerende, kaffen var kald, eggene kjøleskaps kalde, seige, små rundstykker. Det første som møtte oss kvelden vi sjekket inn, var en kjemperotte like utenfor inngangsdøren. Det står tre store åpne søppelkonteinere på veien nedenfor hotelet, den kom nok derifra. Alt i alt, ikke veldig imponerende.
