The property was a bit out of town 10-15 minutes. However, they do provide a limited shuttle service at no cost. It’s an older property but was very clean. The hotel is built built up the hillside so they shuttle you up and down when requested. The driver for this service is wonderful! The view of the ocean is nice. The food was very good.

A lovely hotel. Beautiful setting. We loved our stay and the staff made us feel really welcome. There was a free transfer bus into town several times a day and night and parking was available if you had a car. The pool was quiet and always beds available and breakfast had a good selection.

We all really enjoyed our stay at Epic Blue of San Marco. The staff were very friendly and so helpful and kind, especially Mariana at the Epic Blue reception. We didnt get to say goodbye! She was so lovely to my son Aziz, he was very fond of her. The location is slightly far compared to the main town but the free shuttle buses were very easy to travel in and out to the main town. The shuttle buses drives were all very kind. With the location being abit out of reach, it meant the hotel was always so tranquil and quiet which was perfect for relaxation with its exceptional views. We will love to be back again and thank you all for a wonderful stay!

The property is lovely and I really loved the transportation availability to Mykonos. I also enjoyed the music by the pool. I thought the staff was generally not attentive or friendly.

It had a very lived-in, boutique feel with amazing views from our junior suite. Staff was friendly and the included breakfast was great! 2 things that could be improved were 1) providing drinking bottled water daily instead of just the 1st day, and 2) the bottles of shampoo, gel etc provided in the bathroom were unreadable so I applied the hair conditioner on my feet thinking it was body lotion. The water is also very hard, so the faucets had a lot of rust stains and mineral deposits. Also, if you like the room with views there are plenty of steps, so be prepared. Overall a great experience!

I believe for the cost the transportation to and from the airport should be included at no expense. They charge 20 € everytime. Also the van to town could be at more frequent times

Luxury should not be in the name of this hotel. FIrst, it is all the way in the middle of nowhere, far from town, and although they provide a free shuttle into town all day, there is no point of staying here. The price is high for the condition of the hotel. THe last time this hotel was most likely remodeled was maybe 20 years ago, it is beyond dated. The WORST part was that I was staying here and working on my computer at night, and the internet is HORRIBLE. When we complained several times, they said this never happens, and then i saw 3 other guests in the lobby late at night working as well at 2am b/c the room internet wasn't working whatsoever. When we asked them for some kind of accommodation, they credited us $40. That's ridiculous. If this hotel was smart they would have at least comped 1 night, considering all my work was delayed b/c of the horrible internet connection. Also, some staff was very nice, and others were just bitter and rude, no smiles, and just made you feel like they were miserable to be there. Don't try to say that doesn't affect someone when trying to enjoy their vacation. I didn't enjoy this hotel one bit. I felt dirty the whole time. The beds were rock hard, the bathrooms felt old and dirty, and furniture was decades old. The expensive price of this hotel does not match everything about it, guest services, internet, room update, grounds update, location to town, all of the above.

We reserved a villa and there was construction adjacent to our villa. Hammering, sawing, concrete trucks and pump trucks. Construction materials and debris. Woke up the next morning to hammering sawing, and more construction.

Everything and everyone at the San Marco hotel was perfect. The staff and service were some of the friendliest people I have ever met, and the site was pristine with gorgeous views. I truly could not have asked for a better place to stay in Greece!!

San Marco is Exceptional!!!
This property is exceptional! 2 pools. Excellent service. Friendly staff. Room was lovely and very clean! Breakfast which was included in room price was unbelievable! Will return without a doubt.

The hotel and staff are all first class - from the moment we left the airport to getting on the boat to leave the staff provided a first class, catered service to fit our schedule. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel to anyone looking for a Mykonos escape.

Hotel is nice, but very close to anything. They do offer a free shuttle service to town and back which is terrific! The hotel is a bit far out, so get any drinks or snacks before heading back for the day/night. The porter on staff is superb - he works all the time! The rest of the staff is just so-so or it just could’ve the whole relaxed island life attitude. Our first room was quite small and the air conditioner clicked all night and actually didn’t really work and the reception didn’t really seem to care when I mentioned it. Our second room was bigger and better, but the bed was still very hard. Overall a nice hotel, but probably wouldn’t stay again.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at San Marco and would absolutely not recommend it to anyone. We really didn't feel it delivers what is advertised on hotel.com or that this is in any way a 5* hotel. The hygiene in our room and bathroom was really poor. The joints in the shower were covered in mold and everything looked old and not well looked-after. The towels were dirty and the bedsheets 30 years old, at least. We were also very disappointed with the service. The staff at the hotel is very rude, unwelcoming and completely unhelpful. They couldn't advice us on restaurants or places to go and only had one option for car/quad rental that was 3 times more expensive than any other option in town. After we made a reclamation with the manager about the poor hygiene in the room, they didn't even say hello to us anymore. The hotel promises you access to the spa. Yes, but at extra cost. Your transfers from the port or airport will also cost you a fortune. We are sad that this hotel is so praised by hotel.com and feel we have been mislead.

Very high end beautiful hotel. Offers stunning views Of water. When we arrived- we were given an amazing room upgrade. We had booked two rooms and were given a villa - likely possible due to our short stay, and it was stunning. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return. Very high service. Also if you are looking for a part of Mykonos that is not as busy or in the party center, this is a very good place. Just outside of Mykonos town which is beautiful for shopping and eating. Many stunning homes surround the area.

אכזבה.
לא משהו בכלל.. בטח שלא 5 כוכבים.. הייתי מדרגת אותו כ3 וחצי ולא יותר. החדרים בינוניים לגמרי, רהיטים כפריים ולא מודרנים בכלל.. יש אור מטורף מהחדר ואי אפשר לישון אחרי 6 וחצי בבוקר ארוחת בוקר לא משהו בכלל.. הכל ישן ובחדר סגור, לא אווירה של נופש ובטח שלא של מלון 5 כוכבים.. בריכה ממש קטנה, לא כמו בתמונות. המלון מצריך נסיעה של 12 דק לעיר, לא ממקום ליד שום מקום מרכזי. לא הייתי חוזרת.

Memorable experience at an amazing hotel
We stayed in a 2 bedroom Villa with a private pool and it was one of the most unique hotel experiences I have ever had. The accommodations we're amazing. The view was breath taking and the hotel staff was as nice as can be. This is definitely some place I will stay at again.

Was booked as a surprise break as it was last holiday before our first baby, specifically chose the hotel due to the infinity pool howwver was disappointed to find this was only available if you booked a suite. Hotel location was in the middle of nowhere and was difficult walking to the local town due to being pregnant

Beautiful hotel,so relaxing
My husband and myself had a wonderful week, the hotel is about a ten minute drive from Mykonos town but there's a free shuttle bus. It's best to hire transport whilst there but you can't drive into the town itself it's only a five minute walk into the town from car park. It's very expensive in Mykonos but we did have some lovely meals especially the local fish. We had a deluxe room which was so large and the bed is so comfortable and a wonderful sea view with large balcony with sofa etc.

Perfect location
Very pleased with this hotel. I stayed here for 5 days wit my wife and we had a great time. We rented a car and for us was very easy to go around town and try different beaches. Our room was very nice, we had a beautiful balcony with amazing flowers. You can catch the best sunset in myconos from the hotel location. Staff is amazing, and aur room was cleaned every single day with new sheets and fresh towels. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you

Your own little piece of Secluded Heaven
Beautifully situated with amazing panoramic views over the Agean, this elegant Greek styled luxury hotel offers a perfect destination for relaxation. The San Marco staff are all extraordinarily helpful and go above and beyond making sure your holiday is a fantastic experience. The free shuttle bus runs regularly into hustle and bustle of Mykonos Town and the local beach at San Stefanos.

Great gem close to the town!
San Marco was a lovely hotel about 10 minutes from the center of town. The rooms are clean and well kept, there is breakfast included, and the pool is lovely. The hotel runs a free shuttle to and from the center of town, which makes it very easy to explore and take advantage of everything in Mykonos. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. I was very pleased with this hotel!
