The Hotel has a wonderful position but the rooms and the service is really poor. The guy at the reception, not sure if he’s the owner, is really odd. We asked for a additional pillow ah he says that was not possible. The room has very old furniture and the breakfast is very sad, apart from the wonderful position in front of the sea. And all of this so much expensive! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, we were so much disappointed.

Location! Incredible views from the front yard where breakfast is served. Walkable to town and to the beaches. Hotel provided transfer from and to the port. Stayed one night only, but would not have stayed longer. Price was very affordable: 50 Euros including bathroom. Our room was inté back of the property w no views. Maybe the other rooms were in better conditions.

Great location & view BUT unfriendly staff & dirty
Perfectly located hotel with a beautiful view from the breakfast terrace. Unfortunately, the staff is very poorly organized, impolite and unfriendly, especially the lady at the reception. After checking in, I had to throw three cockroaches and several other bugs out of the room. It was a very strange sight especially given the fact that the manager had told me a few minutes before that they would need me to check out early because the cleaning takes three hours during covid19 times. The facilities were not in the best condition either but worked. At the end of the day, all you need to enjoy your time at Koufonissi is the location. But with the cockroaches and unfriendly staff, I'm very happy I only had to stay there for one night.

The view was great, the staff polite, there was free transfer from / to the port. The rooms and furniture were old and there were toothpicks inside the air condition to make it work because it was broken...

The property was clean and the room had a great terrace over looking the sea. There is no wi-fi expect in the reception area. The bed needs to be replaced as the mattress is very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’accueil est très sympa, le petit déjeuner au bord de l’eau pour bien commencer la journée et la situation de l’hôtel légèrement retiré, au calme mais proche des commerces et tavernes

Hotel localizado de frente mar em um penhasco, linda vista, mas a proprietária que ficava no cafe da manhã era indiferente, nada atenciosa, já o proprietario, que faz as vezes de motorista da van de transporte ao porto, é solicito e disponível. Quanto à limpeza o apartamento foi entregue com cabelos no chão do banheiro e na mesa, tem lustres e detalhes empoeirados e o travesseiro extra nem fronha tinha. Quanto ao conforto, o colchão é ruim, o suporte do chuveiro estava quebrado, banho somente segurando o mesmo na mão, a cortina do box do banheiro é curta e molhava todo o pequeno banheiro. As fotos do quarto " vista jardim" do Hotéis.com, não são do quarto que você fica. O café da manhã foi o pior de minha viagem de 30 dias pela Grécia e Alemanha, em hoteis de custo equivalente. Pequenos detalhes que fazem de um hotel que poderia ser excelente, um hotel somente regular.

Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione, che è una delle migliori dell'isola. Il General Manager è stato gentile. Le camere e la struttura andrebbero completamente rinnovate. La colazione era immangiabile.

Hôtel très bien situé en bord de mer, belle terrasse et calme. Par contre, difficulté pour dialoguer. Seul le réceptionniste parle anglais. PDJ sans envergure; oeufs brouillés froids, fruits frais abîmés, jus d'orange en poudre. Chambre 107 ok mais peu d'étagères pour ranger les vêtements. La responsable de l'hôtel, Christina ne parle pratiquement pas anglais et antipathique...Difficultés pour régler un pb de règlement avec hotels.com; aucun suivi de communication avec la hotline ou par mail. Mais pb sans en etre informé au moment du check out.

Soggiorno di 4 notti, pulizia della camera solo il primo giorno, wifi inesistente, TV rotto, cassaforte rotta, ovviamente nessun cambio lenzuola e asciugamani dopo il primo giorno, colazione scarsa e ripetitiva, reception vuota per ore (forse per evitare lamentele), abbiamo anche dovuto eliminare uno scarafaggio in bagno. In ultimo per pagare con bancomat trafila di mezz'ora per presunta mancanza di rete un disastro! Merita solo la vista ma se potete evitatelo,

Don't ruin your Koufonisia experience there!
Our stay in the accomodation left us with a horrible impression. On our arrival, we had to wait for over an hour cause of their ignorance on how to operate the charging system. They were very rude and claimed that it was our fault (as well as Hotels.com fault) that they had not gotten the payment by then, when eventually they realised what they had to do. Never apologised for our inconvenience either. They offer no wifi for the residents. One out of the two evenings that we spent there, there was no hot water in the shower. Finally, they asked us to leave at 11:00, when we already knew that the check out was on midday. Very unprofessional stuff. Avoid at any cost.

All'arrivo al porto siamo stati accompagnati dal proprietario fino alla struttura con un comodo servizio navetta. Il personale si limita a qualche parola in inglese. Dopo il check in un addetto mi porge la mano e pensavo mi aiutasse con le valigie.In realtà mi chiedeva la chiave della camera per accompagnarci. Io e fidanzata con 2 trolley, una borsa e due zaini, lui con una chiave.. La struttura ha una posizione ottimale,dall'esterno si presenta bene ma la camera.Vecchia e angusta. A parte la fatiscenza é la ruggine negli accessori del bagno e nelle maniglie delle porte che mi preoccupa.. Le pulizie non sono fatte giornalmente e quando vengono fatte sono molto blande e si limitano a scopa e rifacimento del letto. Dopo aver chiesto uno stendino per appendere almeno gli asciugamani e teli bagnati mi é stato detto che avrebbero provveduto. Dopo 5 gg nessuna risposta. Al quarto giorno problema con acqua calda. Uno dei fotovoltaici sulla palazzina ha ceduto e senza avvertire della mancanza acqua calda la mia fidanzata (con capelli lunghi) si é fatta lo shampoo con acqua fredda e dopo urla ed imprecazioni febbre a 37,8. Capisco i guasti e i tempi per ripararli, ma sarebbe stato sufficiente avvertire del problema prima che gli ospiti si infilassero sotto la doccia dopo una giornata di mare.Colazione pessima. Dopo il primo tentativo la abbiamo sempre fatta fuori. Prodotti scadenti ed economici. Sconsiglio questo hotel. Meglio appartamento indipendente

Pick up und Empfang war sympathisch, haben dann auch sofort ein größeres Zimmer gekriegt. Zimmer waren extrem spartanisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war total lieblos. Dafür Aussicht aufs Meer von überall grandios.

El recepcionista, muy amable, nos fue a buscar y nos llevó al puerto sin pedírselo. Unas vistas inmejorables desde la terraza donde desayunamos. El desayuno un poco justito, pero correcto. El día que nos íbamos, nos guardaron las maletas sin ningún inconveniente.

La posizione è ottima. La struttura è gradevole, la camera pulita. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile nel soddisfare le nostre richieste. La colazione potrebbe migliorare sia nel servizio che nella qualità.

Hôtel propre et bien placé. La plage est effectivement à proximité. Personnel pas accueillant du tout par contre. Aucune explications donnés sur l'île. Très impersonnel. Et franchement beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est.

L’unica cosa positiva della struttura è Posizione spettacolare , ma per il resto non lo consiglio.le camere sono sporche , con arredi riciclati , bagno con solo braccio doccia senza soffione e oltretutto arrugginito . Fuori la camera una bottiglia di plastica x lo scarico del condizionatore .
