Couches were old and dirty. Spiders on the couches. Lady at counter was rude. Gentleman was very friendly. For the price, it was worth it for one night. Would not reccomend.

Not good value , deceiving pricing
They charge extra for air conditioning, this is not listed or disclosed on expedia sites, the additional cost for air conditioning takes this hotel out of the value bracket, breakfast is poor... way more value elsewhere... do not recommend.

Excellent stay
Very friendly staff and a hotel which exceeded our expectations. We were very happy with the traditional Greek breakfast- pies, 4 types ot bread, fruit, cheeses, a wide variety. Coffee could have been better but they had good tea options. We loved the pool area with beautiful flowers plus there was a table tennis table. Cleaning was extremely good with a daily service.

Lovely hotel
Room was a bit basic, but had all the important bits - comfortable bed, clean, good shower, hearty breakfast. Air con was a cost option that we didn't need/use. Pool is small - good for cooling off though. Beach is 5 mins walk away as is the centre of Gouvia.

very good value for money
quiet 2 star hotel with spotless clean rooms, good shower, nice pool area, good breakfast and nice staff. All covid rules clearly outlined and observed. if you want Air conditioning in room there is additional charge €5.50 per day. Easy to get to from Corfu... (blue bus number 7 direction Ipsos, from main square to stop Gouvia.. then 200m walk).. Gouvia small beach resort with great food and just 10mins by bus to Ipsos.

Hotel Popistar
Our room was basic and clean, with twin beds a massive mirror and a fridge. The hotel was a little dated, this really didn't matter as the weather was lovely and hot and everything worked. The shower was in the bath with no shower curtain, but the shower worked well with a good force of water. The bathroom door didn't close properly, but for myself and my daughter this didn't really matter. The room had a nice balcony that was handy for drying towels and swimwear. The pool was lovely and refreshing, there was a pool bar nearby which sold drinks, but not snacks but the barman was happy to tell us where to buy snacks to eat at the local shop. On the last day we left our cases in the hotel and came back later when we had a last swim and could have showered before going to the airport.

Sehr einfache Unterkunft mit 2 Sternen, für eine Nacht hat es gereicht & war günstig. Ich würde es aber nicht noch einmal buchen.

Godt hotel og god pool.
Hotellet var rigtig fint og hyggeligt. Der var en dejlig pool med god plads, og gode muligheder for skygge. Receptionen var søde og hjælpsomme med alting, både billeje og taxi til lufthavnen. Rengøringen af værelserne var ikke så nem at regne med og de kom oftest på de tidspunkter af dagen hvor vi befandt os på hotellet. Derudover blev vi overasket over at man skulle betale ekstra for aircondition. Men helt generelt var det en god oplevelse at besøge hotellet.

Positivo: Il personale è cordiale ed è sempre a disposizione e parlano molte lingue. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per chi preferisce muoversi con automezzo. Negativo: Colazione stile Internazionale molto ridotta. Piscina esterna molto più piccola di quanto si mostra nella foto sul sito. Siamo nel 2022 e l'aria condizionata costa 6.50€ al giorno. Puzza di fognatura nel bagno. Mancanza di tendina per la doccia. Letti scomodissimi.

Vacances en famille
Je suis partie seule avec mes enfants. Nous avons adoré ce séjour. L'hôtel est situé à proximité de quasiment tout! A peine à 15 min en bus de la ville de Corfou. La ville est très bien desservie en transport. Possibilité de louer scooter ou voiture mais nous n'avions pas besoin. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très chaleureux, à l'écoute et sympathique. Ils seront vous conseiller. Nous recommandons cette endroit.

Établissement qui mérite parfaitement ces deux étoiles. Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. Bonne situation pour rayonner sur l'île et bus stop proche. Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct. J'espère pouvoir y retourner. - Pas d'eau chaude le matin de bonne heure. Un petit séchoir serait le bienvenu sur la terrasse. Bref, un rapport qualité prix plus que convenable.

Better spend your money somewhere else
I would definitely not recommend it for future stays. Although close to Corfu town, it is located in a very touristic area and you get zero sense of Greece or Corfu in general. The stuff was not helpful or understanding at all given there are last-minute changes caused by covid that travelers have zero control over and all they care about is to make sure they get paid since as they say "it is a business". Too bad they don't understand the benefits a "business" could have from basic client service tactics. I have been to Corfu so many times and I have stayed in way better places for even lower budget so it's not even a value for money issue

Super Preis Leistung. Sauber. Personal ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und höflich. Wäre schön wenn Klimaanlage im Preis mit einkalkuliert wird. Die Kosten hierfür sind gering. Und hätten mir die Überraschung erspart. Mein Eindruck ist Gut! Gerne wieder Gruß Heiko

Hotel molto spartano, ma per quello che si paga....si ha....se cercate confort e lusso, non e' il posto giusto, abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scarico...molto usuale in Grecia, che e' stato risolto dopo un paio di giorni, giudizio comunque nel complesso positivo.

Le personnel à l'accueil est charmant et très avenant Les couloirs sont bruyants la nuit, la climatisation nécessaire (payable en sus 5€50). Le petit déjeuner est très correct. Internet n'a pas fonctionné de tout le séjour !!!

A 10 minuti in auto dal porto, vicino a negozietti
Strutturalmente un po' vetusto. Camera più o meno accettabile ma con bagno minuto. Il condizionatore vecchio, lento e tremendamente rumoroso. Abbiamo dovuto adeguarci al rumore x non finire arrosto ma verso le 4 del mattino abbiamo spento x poter dormire un po'. Inutile dire della TV che nn portava alcun canale italiano. La colazione invece varia ed abbondante.
