The service here was excellent, facilities are top notch, staff was always very attentive and super nice. If you are into the gym and spa amenities, you will happy with the equipment and services offered. Gym was open 24 hrs so you don’t have to worry about waiting to work around others in a relative small space. This hotel has direct access to a small private beach area, which was a huge plus when compared to other hotels and just trying to snag a good spot at other beaches around the island. If you want to explore you will need some transportation and they offer drop off and pick-up at the hotel, which is very convenient. Food was excellent. All rooms have ocean views, I chose one with a private pool, which was nice occasionally but probably would have been just fine walking 2 minutes to the main hotel pool which was very refreshing. Highly recommended and very happy with my choice. I will definitely stay here again when I come back.

Beautiful property, best hotel on the island according to the locals I spoke to. Great pool, great beach highly recommend. Rooms were good. Services excellent, full, turn down service and dilligent cleaners who were very helpful. Will stay again.

My stay at Lesante Blu was amazing. The staff were incredibly attentive and treated me like royalty. Giannis, the manager of Gaia (one of 3 restaurants on the resort), was extremely committed to making my stay perfect. He and his staff were exceptional. Peggy, one of the servers, was delightfully happy and kind. Such great vibes. I highly recommend this place to solo travelers as they definitely payed special attention to my needs knowing that I was on my own. They anticipated and exceeded all of my expectations throughout my entire stay. Thank you to everyone at Lesante Blu for making my vacation so special!

This hotel exemplifies 5 Star service. It’s staff in every area is amazing ! The front desk was incredible with any need! The servers are amazing! The facility is breathtaking! From the pickup at the airport with the Range Rover to the massage at the spa, this resort is the most amazing experience you can have on a greek island. We arrived very early in the morning and Antonia (from the front desk) worked so hard to get us into our room 4 hours early. She is a gem! She helped us out with reservations, extra towels and just about everything we needed. The infinity pool at the resort is a true infinity pool, not the fake kind you see everywhere now. Speaking of pools, we had our own private pool in our room, and it was just the best. The restaurants were top notch, as we had an 11- course dinner seaside that was so great (but long, like 3 hours). Constantina was the best server we had the whole trip, and maybe ever. She was so attentive and kind. You must book this hotel if you stay in Zakynthos. They treat you like family, the royal family!!!

I stayed for 3 nights at Lesante Blu. I was provided with a free upgrade to a room with a hot tub at checkin. Staff is very polite and friendly. Pool and all facilities are excellent. Food at main restaurant is also great (dinner is a 5 course). Hotel provides special emphasis on covid-related safety. Special thanks to Vasilis for his professional and courteous guest service. I hope to visit again next year.

HEAVEN ON EARTH! I wish I could give 10 stars. A special thank you to Mr. Vasilis - frankly, I have never experienced this level of customer service even when staying at 7 star hotels like the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. The suite was very clean and spacious. I highly recommend the South Tour which Claire (concierge) can assist with. Spectacular hotel and more so the staff who truly made our stay very comfortable.

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel. The positives of this hotel are the location (quiet, beach front with private beach), cleanliness, and overall accommodating. The reason why they are not receiving a higher rating during our stay is mainly the staff service. While they were friendly overall, there were several staff members who were rude and disingenuous. Additionally, the private doctor that the hotel uses for covid testing was misinformed about the protocols which added to a very stressful ending to our trip. The staff did not make us feel welcome, and the only genuine people we met during our stay were the cleaning staff. I would not stay here again due to this service issue. In addition, the tv remote continuously had problems (which on its own is not an issue but it is when you’re paying 5 star prices).

Excellent destination for relaxing break
Very well run in Covid situation: clean and well managed without being obtrusive. Food good standard and excellent variety across the different restaurants with occasional live music; the beach bar was a great spot for lunch. Plenty of room across the pool area and beach even though the place felt at capacity. Good service. Price of food at higher end of what we were expecting. The hotel overall compares well with other similar accommodation we’ve stayed in. Would recommend!

Wonderful hotel, fantastic staff. Had a problem with the air conditioning in my room and the hotel upgraded me. Minor issue #1: The cooked breakfast food is NEARLY ALWAYS cold. But no problem, just send it back (once or twice) and ask for a hot one. Minor issue #2: Guests using their beach towels to reserve all the loungers early in the morning. I suggest the hotel puts a time limit on doing this. Minor issue #3: Due to COVID, exceptions were made to the 'adults only' rule - we had around ten children from 4-16 while we were there. I raised this with Expedia, who said: "sorry"(!)

Highly recommend this resort! Overall the resort is amazing. Staff is genuinely friendly and you feel taken care of. We had the most relaxing time there and enjoyed the tranquility by the pool (the no kids policy helps). Food was delicious, we especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning with the sea view. I believe every room in this resort has a sea view because of the way it's laid out, there is not one room that doesn't face the ocean. We had a room with an outdoor jacuzzi which was the best choice EVER! Especially in the September months when it gets a little chilly in the evening, it was unreal in the hot jacuzzi overlooking the sea. Can't say anything negative about this place, we ended up extending our stay there by 3 days because we liked it so much. When we did that they offered us a lower rate than online as well. Ask them about rental cars as well. There is a place close by (Maria owns it) and she is the sweetest lady and literally brings the car to the hotel for you (also very cheap!) and picks it up when you are done!

My partner sustained a knee injury during our stay limiting her mobility. The hotel management and staff response was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and they could not do enough to ensure my partner’s stay was comfortable.

The location ,facility and design was very nice . But I was really disappointing by receptions staffs , they were not so professional , that time we were there that was a problem by card pose , so staffs were really nervous about how we can pay for our stay. Laundry service not satisfied , pool's restaurant was almost closed at 5pm, just had fast food and salad for that time! Reception's staff were arrogant and a little rude! And communication between themes not good.

Solid and Enjoyable Choice
A lovely hotel with superb personal service and very good a la carte food. Location is in quite a built up area but public spaces very pleasant. Beach somewhat narrow especially when weather windy and sea laps the shores. Gym also quite small. A solid choice for adults not wanting many on site sports activities. Getting to the North or West of the island quite circuitous and lengthy due to winding and poor island roads. A well run hotel though and very enjoyable.

This was a brilliant hotel and very relaxing. The rooms are really nice. A lot of them have pools on the balcony – although we just had the standard room and it was great! Service is personal and attentive – the staff go above and beyond for you. The food is lovely. It isn’t cheap – but you can also walk to several other restaurants for dinner. The pool area is beautiful but we spent most of the time on the beach. I would recommend this hotel

the resort was beautiful! especially the infinity edge pool. looked like it was connected to the ocean. breakfast was delicious and the view while eating was sensational. just wish the pool water was slightly heated as it was very chilly to get in. as was the pool with our room. everyone at the resort was so friendly and helpful. note: wish the bath towels in the room were a little more luxurious for such a high end resort.

The hotel Is nicely located and offers beautiful views from its rooms. I did not like our bathroom: it was small and the layout was not convenient.

Loved the view!!! Comfy bed, clean room, great shower. Buffet breakfast is incredible!! However, we were charged for mini bar items we didn’t use (they were’t stocked when we arrived), though we were refunded as soon as we explained it to reception. Asked reception for an umbrella on a rainy day and were told there was one in the cupboard in our room (there wasn’t). The hotel provides complimentary use of a mobile telephone for calls, internet, GPS (very handy!!!), however the charger wasn’t plugged in when we arrived and the phone was out of battery. No issue but we didn’t notice until we went to take it for the day so couldn’t use it on day 1. Was interrupted a little too often by housekeeping late afternoon (5-6pm) to see if we wanted fresh towels, bottled water, candied oranges (all after the room had already been made up in the morning). One day we put Do Not Disturb on the door and then didn’t get fresh towels or complimentary water that day. We were fine with it but it could get annoying to some people, especially if you’re in your private pool when you get the knock on the door. It’s a beautiful location and lovely resort but some of those finer details need tweaking.
