Great apartment, spacious and comfy. Our check in took very long. We were exhausted and tired and didn't need to spend over an hour talking about what we already knew. He was trying to be helpful, but ignorant of our condition. Check in should be quick and fast, no need to try to sell us car rental, excursions, etc on arrival. We already had everything planned. They don't apply paper towels or laundry detergent. Store across the street sells it. About a 10 min walk to the bus station.

This property was just perfect for our family of 5. The location was perfect, the grand suite was more than big enough to fit all of us. We are traveling with 3 daughters ages less than 10 and this hotel was just the best. But most of all Liza was just amazing. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left she was so great with our daughters . We built long lasting memories thanks to Liza and Irene City Villas. Thank you!

Property in a good location just about 10min walk to the main center of Fira. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Suites are very large and comfortable. Very quite area. The hotel does not have a volcanic view and faces east. The pool is on the smaller size with no view. Breakfast is delivered as room service and has an abundance of options.

Great small hotel with new and well equipped rooms only 5-10 easy walk from center. Good breakfast and attentive staff. The superior suite we were in accommodated well a family of 4, which is hard in standard Santorini hotels. Really enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at the property was fantastic! The rooms were nice, very clean, and spacious. The breakfast in the morning hit the spot and was very easy to set up. The concierges were fantastic and had amazing food and sight seeing recommendations. They had good connections for ATV rentals, wine tours, catamaran tours, and even more. They were super friendly and very available.

This hotel was a wonderful little home away from home during our visit to Santorini. The room was well appointed and had a beautiful view, and the bed was very comfortable--I'm like the princess and the pea, so that's saying something! Liza and Constantinos were super welcoming and helpful. We got great recommendations for dining and Liza even managed to get us dinner reservations in Pyrgos during Easter weekend (a big deal, since a lot of places were booked up). She also arranged for a driver for us for a few of our outings/tours, which made getting around a breeze. I would definitely recommend Irene City Villas for anyone visiting Santorini and will happily return when we can.

Great stay but jacuzzi NOT hot!
Hotel staff was excellent. Room was very comfortable. We left early because the “jacuzzi” was not actually a hot tub, but kept at 75 degrees F. Coming from Canada. I expected the the hot tub to be about 102 degrees F. Hotel was very understanding.

Great Location in Fira
Yannis was incredibly helpful both leading up to and after our stay at Irene City Villas. The location is great too - just a short walk to town and the bus station. The hotel room itself was really large for European standards. We enjoyed having breakfast every morning on the patio.

Wonderful Visit, Wish We Could've Stayed Longer!
We loved our stay at Irene City Villas. The staff and the hotel owner were generous and friendly. They worked hard to make sure our stay was wonderful from the moment we made the reservation. They quickly reached out to us to welcome us to the hotel and let us know that they would be happy to help with restaurants, rentals and excursions. Yannis greeted us at the hotel and took care of us during our stay. He had wonderful recommendations, found us last minute restaurant reservations and even booked us a wonderful sunset catamaran tour. The accommodations were even better than the photos. We stayed in the grand suite which was spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was great and brought right to our room. The hotel was perfectly located, within walking distance to shops and restaurants, but nice and quiet. We fell in love with Santorini - not just because of the beautiful views, but also because of our amazing stay at this hotel. Thank you for making our vacation so wonderful and memorable!

I booked Irene City Villas, as it was walking distance to Fira City Centre. This was a surprise holiday for my husband's 40th Birthday. I had emailed Irene City Villas beforehand as I wanted balloons, cake in the room on arrival, They were very quick at getting back to me and made sure everything was in place. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, Yannis made us feel at home, nothing was too much trouble for him, even helping us book a restaurant with views of the sunset. We felt like he was a big part of our holiday, we felt sad saying good bye. My husband loved the decor of the room and that we had our own private outdoor Hottub. I would without a doubt recommend Irene City Villas, perfect location, perfect room and Staff that will do so much for you, to help make your stay/holiday perfect.

I loved everything about the Irene City Villas. The location was perfect and the property was so beautiful. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The answered all of our questions and went above and beyond. There is a little gift shop connect to the property and they have better prices than anywhere else. We were able to meet Irene and she is lovely. I felt like I was visiting my Aunt! I definitely reccomend staying here, you won't regret it.

The room is absolutely gorgeous! It is very modern and brand new! The interior design is very aesthetically pleasing! It’s very spacious as well. The location is ideal for walking around the city and it is very accessible. I rented a car and found parking right in front of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

This review is long overdue. I stayed at Irene City Villas during my recent trip to Santorini. It was my first time visiting and my very first international solo trip. The accommodation were amazing and exceeded my expectations. The best part of my stay was Yannis, the receptionist. He was so welcoming, funny, and knowledgeable. The hotel should be very lucky to have him as an employee. Hospitality could be the make or break for a hotel experience. I also had the privilege to meet the owners wife Irene, who owns the shop upstairs from the hotel. I originally was going to give 4 stars due to the complications I experienced during my check-out and since my jacuzzi wasn’t working but the hospitality and support I had during my stay from Yannis made the trouble I went through my last day worth coming back again and even recommending them to friends. You will not be disappointed in staying at this hotel. Make sure you listen to all the tips and advice from Yannis and you will not be disappointed.

EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. Cleanliness was a 10/10. Staff was super super nice and did everything to make our stay very special. Management went out of their way to help us each day. We will be back and we will recommend this place to all of our friends. I am very particular and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!! You will not find a better place to stay with this value and location!

This property and the staff are fantastic! We stayed at this new hotel for 5 nights and would highly recommend this property if you are going to Santorini! It has spacious very well thought out rooms! Very comfortable beds and very nicely decorated! The shower is huge! Breakfast is made to order and brought to the room every day. We enjoyed it every day! We had lots of space in the room. The hotel is only a few minute walk from the main town, bus station, Taxis and restaurants. There is a small store across the street that was great to buy drinks and snacks for our stay!

The property was clean, well maintained and pretty much brand new. The staff were very helpful. The only negative thing was the pool which was small and partly in the shade.

Fantastico soggiorno
Stupendo, Camere bellissime e pulite Zona tranquilla a 2 passi dal centro, raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5 minuti. Il personale è fantastico, ci ha dato tutte le informazioni possibili al nostro arrivo ed è stato sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta. Colazione servita in camera Ottimi i docetti di benvenuto :) Se andate a Santorini questo è il posto perfetto

Amazing hotel with great staff!
Our stay in Santorini was made so much better by the enthusiastic and welcoming staff at the hotel. Great range of breakfast, excellent cleanliness and amazing service. Shoutout to Giannis who went above and beyond to make our stay at Irene City Villas the best ever.
