Location was great for us as we had a wedding to attend near at one of the wineries nearby. Grocery store around the corner, only thing I would say I didn't like was we were charged 1 Euro for a bucket of ice one evening. We were having drinks and requested a couple buckets, after two they started charge us 1 Euro per bucket. Figure Ice would be complimentary.

The impressive one is just that
We both loved the hotel & especially the staff, Kostas & Irina. Over the top friendly & helpful. The hotel is located on a busy wIndy road that is remarkably busy. But that makes it ez access to taxis & buses 1.60€ to get to Fira! A santorini bargain! Breakfast dinner were good too & we enjoyed bakcony, pool & lounging areas. Tour pu great too. This is the place for a base to see all of Santorini. If you rent transportation this is a good option tho I didnt

The cook Sophia was awesome! Great food! She took really good care of us! The associates of the front desk also took really good care of us. Especially when it came to finding transportation. All in all, our group had a great time staying at Impressive One!

The junior suite was super spacious and comfortable and had an amazing view of the sunset. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful. The food was tasty as well. The area was a bit hard to walk around with no sidewalk for a while, but we were able to walk to a winery and a restaurant nearby.

Extremely dirty room. Shower, floors, towels all covered in hair. We arrived late and there were no food options at the hotel nor any food places nearby. Lots of pass through traffic noise from the road.

Dear Peter, thank you for staying with us. We are sorry to see we did not meet your expectations. May be if you had more days we would have the chance to show our services and hospitality. We can accept the possibilty to miss a spot but each room and especialy night arrivals are inspected by 2 persons after the maid so it woud be unfair for 3 persons to have skipped noticing a dirty room. We will further investigate this. Our restaurant is for our guests only and operates from 14.00 until 22.00. With prior notice we can arrange a few options. Nearby restaurants, 0,8 to 1km, stop serving food at 23.00 to 23.30. Delivery options on the island are up to 00.00. Kind regards

Very friendly, helpful staff. In walking distance of Purgos and Meglichora - two LOVELY cities with sweet dining, cultural and shopping experiences. Best sunsets on the island across the street from the hotel. (Yes - better than Oia.) Thankful for the water bottles provided as Santorini does not have drinkable water. Amazing front desk help in tips for seeing sites on the island. Because of the Santorini environment, be prepared for damp surfaces (hang your clothing). Our room did not have hot water (very lukewarm). And one day the housekeeping staff did not lock our doors. Nothing taken. Just have care.

Sea view room is good
The hotel had a nice view from our room. The outside patio of the room wasn't clean like the hotel room but since it's outside, it's not bad. The staff were friendly (especially Irene). Good location for travelling around as well.

We had a lovely stay at Impressive One. The staff was always available and attentive to our requests. The room had everything we need and a very comfortable king size bed. The hotel is not close to a village so we recommend renting a vehicle to get around the island.

We arrived after midnight and they waited up for us, arranged our transfer to and from the airport at a fair price. Breakfast buffet every morning with some traditional Greek options. Coffee machine always ready and easy to use. Room did not have an iron and electricity went completely out when plugging in an electric razor with a converter. Quiet hotel at night. Pool was clean. Staff was friendly and always available for anything we needed. Great experience overall.

First, the staff were outstanding. We arrived before check in, and the receptionist gave us towels and let us rest by the pool. Our room was gigantic. We had a balcony and could walk to the pool. The kitchen staff was superlative. The food was very Greek, i.e. fresh and delicious. We were on the middle of the island. After we visited Oia and Fira, we realized that we had made the right decision by not being directly on one of those busy and touristy towns. We had a chance to rent a car and drive around the whole island, which is just beautiful. If you rent a car, rent an automatic. The hills are intense. The Impressive One, was indeed impressive. We give the whole team A .

This was a nice hotel with friendly staff. They worked hard to ensure that we had a great stay. Even made to go breakfast our last night there since we had an early flight. The only minimal parts to our stay that were not great the pool water was too cold to enjoy and the breakfast menu was changed and not as fulfilling. We will stay here again.

I set up a hotel transfer with them a week in advance. After picking up my luggage and heading out where he was supposed to waiting, no one was there. Between my wife and I we had 7 bags and people were looking at us, because clearly we were stranded and we were sitting ducks. I immediately called the front desk of the hotel. He put me on hold and then said he’d call me back after speaking to the driver. He eventually called back and said the driver picked up someone else and left without us. He told me I should take a taxi because I’d have to wait for him to send someone else. Completely unacceptable and disappointing customer service. When we finally arrived he was nice and helped move our bags in, however 2 hours later the hotel lost power and it became extremely hot and stuffy in our room. After about 20 minutes the power came back on. Overall, the hotel and our room was clean and the included breakfast wasn’t bad either, but we got off on the wrong foot and I had would rate my overall experience as unsatisfactory.

There were 2 night arrivals and we could not imagine that the other guest would be on the same flight and make use of the transfer scheduled for you. Unfortunately, the driver assumed the same and did not ask the guest's name. By the time you called us the driver was reaching the hotel so it would take at least 20 25 min to come back. That is why we suggested a taxi since at after hours is difficult to schedule a new transfer. We did send the driver back but you had already took the taxi. Beautiful small property, perfect for vacationing. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive to your needs. The breakfast is delicious and sitting poolside for breakfast really makes it magical. The hotel is next to a busy street but you don't really hear anything. I only had two areas that were a bit disappointed by. The air conditioner is pointed right on your face when you sleep and cannot be redirected, but the big issue was location. I love where the hotel is locaed, nice quiet area with an amazing wine focused restaurant and you can even see an amazing sun set from the hotel it self. But there are no sidewalks in the area. So if you want to walk to the amazing wine restaurant or just about anywhere you have to walk on the street and the drivers drive very fast and a bit hectic. So make sure you rent a vehicle for your stay

The staff was amazing! They communicated very well and were always there when needed. The location isn't the greatest. I recommend a car or motorbike. The pool area is nice but located right next to a fairly busy road. Overall still a good hotel.
