CSky has the most incredible views over Santorini! We were blown away by the wonderful views which we enjoyed every morning when eating our tasty breakfast. Being able to swim in the pool overlooking the Caldera is a memory me and my partner will treasure. The staff were fantastic and attentive to any of our needs. Going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying the holiday. The location is in the middle of the Fira to Oia mountain path so you are able to walk into either town or get a short taxi to enjoy the food and atmosphere both locations offer! I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful stay and mind blowing views.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was so friendly and so helpful. They gave us so many recommendations of what to do around the area. The room was perfect and we didn’t want to leave. The views and location of the hotel were perfect. We will definitely come back and stay at this same hotel in the future.

Please read before spending 1000 euros a night
So first of all PROPs to this hotel for the epic views and being postioned in one the best places on the planet! You will not find a view lile this right on the cliff side! This place only gets 4*stars due to the poor service and irresponsibility of the management/receptionist. We had to wait over 30 minutes to check in despite giving adequate notice. Pool was dirty despite waiting to check in. Maintance people dealing with lights, almost right at the time of our breakfast at poolside during morning hours where I had to ask them to move. No concern for peope who have paid a money to stay the night. A little dissapointed BUT the views and infinity pool saved this from giving this a 0 star review.

Dear Guest check in time is at 15.00 oclock. Early check in can be provided upon availability. Even so we provided a complementary late check out!! Maintenance and cleaning are operations that have to be performed daily.Finally, being a guest for only one night, limits your impression and experience of our property and staff.

CSKY is an amazing hotel with amazing people! The staff is very kind and friendly. But the very best part is the view of the Caldera, It is so majestic! I would definitely recommend this hotel, we had the best time just chilling at the pool, drinking a cocktail, and enjoying the view!

Oia sunset villa stay
The overall view of the accommodation is spectacular!!!! Beautiful swimming pools and fantastic jacuzzi. 10 minutes walk to the centre to find restaurants or pick up a taxi. I would recommend to rent a car for your stay. The only complaint I have is we weren’t provided tea, milk and sugar on arrival. We are British please!😄 However, this got sent to us on request. Brilliant!!

A perfect honeymoon destination

The location is superb and that’s a huge reason people go to Santorini. Incredible 2 sided views! You know what else was superb? The staff. They will do anything for you! They were a huge part of our wonderful experience there.

Quiet and isolated retreat with a stunning view
The location has an amazing view of the caldera. It is isolated and private so it's a very quiet escape from the very very busy touristy towns. Situated between OIA and Imerovigli, you will need transport to and from those towns and Fira of course. The front desk will organise that for you so just ask them. The sunset is OK but you cannot see it over the horizon but rather a mountain. The sunrise is spectacular and you can see that over the horizon. All service staff are very friendly and warm throughout the entire stay, so they do make you feel welcomed all the time. The pool is nice but they sometimes treat it during the day when you may want to swim instead of night hours, so best you ask at the front desk about it. Meals are freshly prepared by a chef on site, but be prepared to pay a lot for not a large quantity (e.g. 15 Euro for a salad, 17 Euro for a burger). They will bring you all meals to your villa, so that makes it nice and intimate, but be aware that kitchen is closed between 3pm and 7pm and you should pre-order your meals to ensure the kitchen has time to organise ingredients. On one night, we wanted gyros souvlakia and even though the chef doesn't do that, they were happy to go into town for us and picked some up. They have a fully functioning bar so order whatever drink you like... and if you're lucky, you may get a round of drinks is on them.

Huge Ripoff - service and interior is shitty!!!
Let me get this straight. Views are definitely stunning no problems with that. The rooms/hotels are spacious. The problem with this hotel is that, with a very spacious room, it looks empty because there are very few furniture. Don't get me wrong, There is no even mirror outside of the bathroom. Bathroom is so small. Shower area doesn't even have proper enclosure to prevent water to get out of it. In short the floor of the whole bathroom is wet and slippery. Service is very very poor. We waited for an hour to get checked in. Even with that, the Masters bedroom airconditioning is not working and this stay is summer season. The person doesn't even offer anything to resolve the problem. I mean common. There is so many ways to resolve or at least make the customer happy but these people will leave you with that problem. I can name you 100 ways to do something about it but these peeps are poor problem solver. Discount, transfer to a different room, portable airconditioning, or even a free dinner or some complimentary anything. With the amount you pay, it is crazy that they don't do anything about it. The employees are just incompetent. The reply to us is that open the window (on a summer heatwave day.. are you kidding?). The peeps even said "don't ruin our vacation just for an aircon". Is this the way employees respond on a very luxurios hotel. Either they are racist or just plain stupid. We are Asians. So all Asians reading this don't go to this hotel. Other guests I spoke, agrees

Chris and his staff were exceptional. They cooked us anything we wanted, organized a car rental, gave us a tasting of Santorini wine and upgraded our room. The location, with a 360 degree view, was unforgettable. Absolute bliss!

Fairy Tales come true.
This place was magical!! The location was quiet and tranquil. The staff went above and beyond in all ways. Upon check in we were upgraded to the Honeymoon suite and they had brought in an extra bed for our daughter who was traveling with us. Then welcome wine and fruit were delivered. They made us feel like royalty all around! The view from our balcony was like something out of a dream! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and served to us in our room. We had dinner from the restaurant one night, and it was wonderful! They assisted us with taxi/ferry service, and literally got us the best table in all of Santorini to see the sunset for dinner one night. The hike to Oia is one hour and a nice trek for shopping and sightseeing , though in full sun and a bit dusty. You are a bit secluded, which we liked because there was so much privacy and peace. Pick CSky, you can not go wrong!!

The views just can't be faulted. It really is amazing! The staff are lovely. The two bedrooms suite is so spacious. And the breakfast to our room every morning really tops it. They're spoiling us with choices on the menu breakfast. Over all experience, it made Santorini trip a memorable one! Thank you.

Everything was exemplary. Lovely, quiet rooms. Pleasantly away from the busy towns but not too far if you want to go. Midway on the beautiful caldera hike. The most attentive staff I have encountered in a long time. The food was wonderful

The hotel is amazing in quality. Quite new and spacious because it's far from the old towns. But the view is spectacular- so even though you are few min from the towns it's one amazing view. Ideal if u rent a car. Not ideal if u cab it around. In general renting a car I santorini is a great idea for the flexibility it gives you and in that case this hotel is for you. We stayed half our stay in oia but preferred csky. Staff and hospitality was outstanding

First off the rooms are massive with minimal furniture (ugly furniture..) The 'hot' tub was cold and we had an interesting experience with the staff. Didn't get my wake up call I asked for and we almost didn't get room service cause there was an event going on and they said they were too busy. The view is great but that's about it.

Great small Hotel. Great views from all the rooms. Can not say enough for the staff great effort to make sure you enjoy your stay. Very quiet setting, views are like your up in the Sky! Need to have transport to make your way around the Island.

We stayed at this hotel in July during a 4 day trip to Santorini. At first, I was dismayed to see that it had only 8 units and no restaurant on site since it is rather far from town. But now, I see those as advantages because since the hotel is small, the staff focused on us and provided very personalized service. And, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that we had the option of ordering meals that were served on our own private terrace. We had several entrees to choose from and the servers set up our table on our terrace overlooking the caldera at sunset and we enjoyed several romantic and delicious dinners there. The service was exquisite and of course the view, spectacular. Breakfast is made to order each morning and also served either in your suite or on your terrace. I loved that Vladimir met with us when we arrived and helped us set up several experiences that made our stay extra special. We went on a chartered sunset cruise which included a barbecue dinner and on another day, we had a private photography tour which was a perfect way to both see the island and get the special photos I wanted. On our two other days, we explored on our own and enjoyed the beautiful pool at the hotel. We hiked to Oia, had lunch and took the bus back. Because Vladimir arranged for transportation to and from the airport, we did not need to rent a car.

Amazing!! Pure Bliss!!
We were celebrating our 1 year anniversary and we had booked a senior suite however they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a Honeymoon suite with a private pool and Jacuzzi. It was heavenly!! such beautiful views and the infinity pool was definitely worth every single penny! Everything was perfect and because its a boutique hotel everyone values you and treats you as an individual rather than a number. They personally take orders for your meals and take on any special requests. The only issue we had was the air con in our room was not working. Not much in the area to do but it didn't bother us much as the cab to Oia is only 10 euros. But overall I would give this hotel a 5 out of 5 and I would really love to visit again!

We had a great time at CSKY. Service was awesome. Weather however didn't cooperate as a stomr system that drew up sand from the Sahara blew through and dumped tons of sand everywhere. Other than that it probably has one of the most unique views of the island as it has both the Caldera view and the Beach view all in the same 360 view standing in the middle of the steps of the common pool area. Would recommend ordering an ATV to get around the island as driving a car can be a bit scary. $25 Euros and they deliver a ATV right to you at the hotel. Breakfast overlooking the Caldera was awesome... one of those pictures you take and frame it at home for all to view.

pros : fantastic view. cons : everything else except view. Furniture is too old to be called luxury. Staffs are not attentive and lazy. reception never take a call from room. Breakfast is not that decent. Room has lots of humidity and is cold at night. A restaurants recommended by staff was awful. To sum up, This hotel is bad value for price.

Amazing view of caldera & volcano
Paradise in santorini We recommend Csky for couples looking for quiet & serene hotel few minutes away from fira & oia . Our room was huge with amazing view & best part is breakfast in balcony . Staff ( Symon) very helpful in recomending restaurants , excursions and making all arrangements for transfer . We really enjoyed our stay

For so much $$$... Please just give us hot water
The only saving grace to this property was our host Simeone. If it weren't for his attentive hospitality our stay would have been a complete disaster. To start off, there was NO HOT WATER. We had arrived from a 27 hour journey and only wanted a hot shower. Day one we were too exhausted and jet lagged to complain. By day 2 we had hoped this issue would have been resolved but this was not the case. We complained and finally by day 3 there was hot water... for the day. By day 4 we were so anxious to leave the property that we braved the cold shower and bailed. Next there is the issue of the room itself. Our trip was during a very chilly early spring so we relied on the heat to survive the cold night. Unfortunately the heat unit was extremely old and gave off nose bleedingly dry heat. Every morning the room was covered in moisture however, which must explain the mold tucked away in the corners. There was a second bedroom and bath on an upper level, but was much too cold and damp to occupy, so our son ended up sleeping on the couch. As for the main bath, the sink was clogged and water went everywhere, everyday. Never mind the furnishings.. as old as they must be, they are the minor issue. Finally the breakfasts were decent but monotonous. Lots of bread and hard boiled eggs. I'm sure they would have given us anything we asked, but we were too worried about the cold showers. So in summation, WAY TOO COSTLY for the product. Buyer beware. Huge refurbishment needed.
