Giota was just amazing!! She helped us book activities and made our stay very special and memorable! Tasy breakfast was served in the room which was really nice!! Giorgio was also very helpful. Would recommend!

Overall the stay was amazing. The receptionist was only present in the morning, but she was available throughout What’sapp. The walking distance to the main fira restaurants and view was 15-20 min. The only think I wasn’t a fan of was the repetitive breakfast. It was always 2boiled eggs, 2 glasses of orange juice, Coffee, croissants and bread (which wasn’t too fresh)yogurt and couple slices of sausage and Swiss cheese with some dry oat. The size of the room and the bed comfort was ok as well. I lost my apple watch in mykonos and it shows the last place was in my room and was never found by any hotel staff.

Gorgeous place to stay, feels luxurious and the staff are so helpful and friendly. You can contact them via WhatsApp and you will get an immediate reply. Near the centre but very quiet.

This place is beautiful! Very convenient place to stay close by to the main shops and restaurants. The thing that made this place even better was how incredible the hostess was. She helps book our transfers and even arranged a catamaran cruise and quad bikes which made it in easier to enjoy our trip. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Overall services and facilities were good. But the transfer shuttle charge was more expensive than the information provided in the first confirmation email. The hotel staff explained there is a miscommunication between their reservation department and Expedia. As our arrival flight is late and we really need the pick up service so we need to accept the higher price. Totally not worth of money. As we changed to another hotel which just next to Boutique 88 Fira after few days. The transfer charge for the second hotel to the same destination is much cheaper compared to Boutique 88 Fira.

Property is close to the heart of Santorini. Staff were extremely friendly and helped coordinate dinner reservations, ferry transfers and food return of rental car. Artemis P was amazing. She checked up on us via WhatsApp and went above and beyond.

The property is located 8 minutes walk from City Center and the main bus stop. The property is well furnished with AC in all rooms, humidifier, coffee machine, fridge, TV and indoor pool. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is served on the terrace, space on the terrace is constraint so it has small tables and chairs which can serve 3 families at a time out of 5 rooms in the properties, food is average, but main issue is terrace is infested with stray cats. But overall we had a pleasant stay.

Our family enjoy our stay here. Doromie Is a great manager who picked up us & walked with us to wait fir taxi to make sure we were ok. The breakfast was delicious that we enjoyed on the roof top. The room was clean & special. She also make sure the spa was ok. The location is convenient to everywhere. We will recommend friends/family to stay here.

We received your rating but lack of review but you didn't actually stay at our hotel. You still left us a negative review during the COVID-19 pandemic situation in which all hotels were forced to shut and we offered very flexibile options for all of our guests. Wonderful stay at Boutique 88. The hotel rooms were new and superbly designed. Quiet and removed from all the hustle and bustle of Fira. We had the room with the pool. The room was huge. The bathrooms were very nice. The lighting was excellent. The pool was really cool. One minor issue was with the pool: it had too much chlorine and it needed repainting.

The staff here was amazing!! They were accommodating and helped to book all of our transfers, restaurant reservations and yacht tour. They were extremely friendly and always greeted us with a smile and asked us how our day was going. The room was exactly as it looked on the site! It was beautiful! It was also very clean. Not to mention the location is central. There are many restaurants, clubs and bars in walking distance. I would highly recommend Boutique 88.

Love the beautiful cave design, and the attention to details that makes the room even more beautiful. My room sleeps 3 people, so there’s a cute single bed in an alcove upstairs. Absolutely love the bathroom. There’s no window but the front door with it’s full length glass and blinds makes the room feel bright and yet with lots of privacy. Breakfast is served upstairs by the pool. I loved waking up in a residential area that’s 5 minutes away from Fira centre, but it’s a little tricky avoiding the donkey poo left behind by the donkeys that share the same path to the main road. But the cleaners do clean them up fairly quickly. Thank you, Damien and your team, for the lovely stay.

Don't waste your time looking anywhere else! This property is spectacular, modern, clean and has everything you need for the perfect stay in Santorini. Centrally located and easy to navigate, you will LOVE the hospitality provided to you by Damien and his team. A delicious breakfast is also included, that is served on an open top roof, with a view of the ocean. Anything you need is promptly awarded to you with a smile and friendly attitude - 5 STAR SERVICE ALL DAY EVERY DAY!

Our stay here in the heart of Thira was incredible. Damian was extremely helpful in arranging transfer to/from the ferry, making dinner reservations and providing recommendations for things to do and where to eat. The rooms themselves are gorgeous! Breakfast poolside every morning was wonderful and all of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay here. Just perfect!

Beautiful spacious cave like suite
New property in excellent location within walking distance to the town but located in a quiet location. Great breakfast and very accommodating host. We even had our own indoor pool. Highly recommend!

We had a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment and loved the hot tub in the room and swimming pool terrace. Privacy could be an issue with 2 couples as second bedroom did not have a door. Breakfast at the pool each morning was delicious and plentiful. Very close to main square and the Caldera views areas.

Great New Boutique Hotel in Fira
The staff was amazing! This hotel has many steps and my husband was having knee issues, so the staff hauled our luggage for us to/from the street (some distance away), and brought breakfast to our room each day. Breakfast was hearty, and the room itself was quite nice (this is a newly renovated hotel). Loved the shower and the "cavelike" architecture.

Our 4 night stay was great! I typically spend 3-4 hours researching accommodations and this choice was no mistake. They had attentive service, helped us secure a car rental last minute, it was very convenient to get into town, breakfast was solid, and the cave-like experience made the stay even more unique.

I wrote an unfinished review about this hotel and it somehow posted automatically. Anyway, this is my entire review. I stayed in the 2 bedroom apt with 4 adults. The room is spacious enough to move around and sparkling clean when we checked-in. Damian and his team made our stay so comfortable and I must say that staying here definitely made our trip to Santorini even more memorable. Even before getting to Santorini, I reached out to Damian regarding my booking and I'm glad I did. He helped us with our taxi pick-up to and from the airport. He even booked our tours for us. All our activities were pretty much set because of him. The hotel is 4-5 mins walk to town (maybe even less) where you can find all the shops and restaurants. The hotel is also close to the Caldera where you can watch the beautiful sunset. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks again, Damian and team!

I would most definitely stay in this hotel again. The room we stayed in was the 2 bedroom with the hot tub. The room is spacious enough for 4 adults to move around and is very clean.

Beautiful! We were here for two nights in the Grand Apartment as a family of four! Highly recommend for couples and honeymoons. Very romantic. Beautifully decorated. Loved the rain fall shower and hot tub. Damian and staff were a great help during our stay. Location is 6 minute walk to main street. I hope to return soon!

Boutique 88 is unique and the service was exceptional. Damien and James are incredible hosts. The breakfast was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here. We had our own private pool in our cave hotel crazy good!! Thanks guys and thanks to your staff who are awesome people. Also the location of this hotel is awesome!!

Hi anonymous, Our photos listed online are an accurate depiction of our hotel. We have never received such feedback since opening and it's disappointing that you haven't approached management about any concerns during your stay. We are surprised by your commens on our breakfast, as we we have never received any negative comment about breakfast during any of our guests stay's across all booking platforms. We maintain that we have just rooftop terrace views in our traditional cave apartments which are shown in the photos. Thank you

Wonderful stay
The hotel very new (only opened for 3 months) and is very close to major area of Fira (Around 5-10 min walk). Very convenient. Rooms are clean and we love the cave room design. The bed is comfortable and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was delicious with good variety.9 Damian is very nice and attentive and gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and tours. Will definitely recommend this place.

Great location right near the center of Fira and walking distance from the Caldera. Damian was extremely helpful with providing recommendations and helping us book tours and rentals. The whole place is brand new and super nice!!

Luxury at its finest - Boutique 88
Boutique 88 offers luxurious accommodation that has to be seen to be believed. Built in a cave, the attention to detail is sublime. From memory foam king size beds to an indoor spa/pool, the contours and colour combinations to the beautiful breakfast served in room or o the pool deck. Damian and the staff work tirelessly to provide an atmosphere of luxury and sophistication. This was truly a memorable stay and I would highly recommend a stay or three at Boutique 88.
