Our vacation was beyond fantastic! Atlantica Dreams was truly a dream! The resort was beautiful and the service beyond. George our mature’ d went beyond our expectations when taking care of our every need! A once in a lifetime experience!

The hotel was stunning and all the staff were lovely and very accommodating. The food could have been a bit better as it was the same food every night. The caprice a la carte was amazing the food was excellent. The downfall of the hotel is the pools they are absolutely freezing. The weather was amazing but the pool water was just too cold.

We had an absolute blast during our stay. We needed a proper break and could not have asked for a better room and place to rest in. Every single staff member we came across was extremely attentive going the extra mile (a special thank you to Marcus, George, Vaula and the cleaning team). The direct access to the beach and private pool made the resort all the more enjoyable to stay in. As for the entertainment, the musicians were talented and lovely. The Sports team were fun to spend time with. In short, if you want to be in your own bubble away from home, book away.

Very nice for a complete holiday.
Very new and nice resort above the people were very friendly especially George was too to make us feel at home. My children really enjoyed the facilities.

The whole complex and room was aesthetically very nice. Very good views and grounds well kept. Few issues when we first arrived. There was some issues with the room. Dead bugs on the wall and blinds didn’t work. Someone came and fixed the curtains and to clean the bugs. But not all bugs where cleared. If we could see them then the cleaners should of been able to see them when preparing the room. Evening food was average, none of the restaurants where diffrent in style from Each other . And the menus where limited. Done the job for all inclusive but wasn’t above and beyond that. In addition all the outside restaurants didn’t have the facilities for dealing with the mosquitoes, and some being by the water added to this. Putting a candle on the table or having a bug machine would of stopped this. Entertainment in the evening was dry and cheesy. But the piano room was nice to have a drink after a meal. Staff where all very nice and help full. No fault there. There was a government tax that you had to pay for ur stay that was not made clear when booking and was sprung on us on arrival. There was nothing around the complex to go out for an evening meal but did have good prices on hiring cars and a wide range of cars. Overall very nice place to stay aesthetically but some issues on upkeep and variety and quality of food.

staff friendliness and service was great. Food in the buffet restaurant was better than the al a carte locations. The bed for our son was not great and also the gym should open earlier to allow guests to exercise before breakfast. The pool organization was also good not allowing people to reserve sunbeds early morning

Wonderful staff, helpful and friendly. Facilities very clean and beautiful. Plenty of space and spots to relax or swim. Beautiful sea view and on site roman’s ruins that give a nice atmosphere. Kids friendly with always kind staff looking after them or you. Unfortunately, food was really tasteless with the almost same menu on all the restaurants. Buffet restaurant was well furnished but quality was not tasty. Not enough see food available, a shame knowing the Mediterranean Sea is just in front of you…

Everything was out of this world!

Amazing resort: pristine beach, modern super clean room with private access to the semi private pool, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, variety of quality, delicious food with lots of fruit, vegetables and cheeses. It is a pebble beach that makes the water crystal clear so take special water shoes if you do not like to walk on pebbles. I wore shoes but my husband liked pebbles and got his feet massaged. Ich war hier mit meinem Freund (Mitte April) und hatte zweifel wegen dem Wetter, doch es war wunderbar. Wir hatten eigentlich ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht haben aber ein Upgrade bekommen… es war traumhaft, ein Zimmer mit Swimup nach aussen. Der Pool war eine angenehme Abkühlung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem, Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, Zimmer immer komplett gereinigt worden, Buffet gross und lecker. Rezeption 24/7 besetzt alles perfekt. Doch wenn man ein Zimmer gegen innen hat, hat man sehr wenig Privatsphäre, jeder sieht auf deinen Balkon/ Terasse…und das Hotel ist relativ abseits, gibt aber Busverbindungen…

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite in erster Reihe mit Blick zum meer. Suite ist umwerfend, eins der besten Zimmer, welches wir je hatten. Personal ist nett, etwas zu schnell. Nur am Essen muss noch gearbeitet werden. An der Vielfalt und vor allem an der Qualität. :) sei’s drum, man findet immer was, was einem schmeckt.

Todo el complejo cumple con las expectativas de un todo incluido, desdea atención en front desk hasta la de los meseros y personal de limpieza son excelentes. Todos los días durante la estadía podía uno encontrar actividades para distracción desde las mañana hasta la noche, los servicios a del spa excelentes. La playa limpia y comida para tomar el sol. Variedad de comida de alta cocina contando también con la variedad de restaurantes y al buffet por las mañanas trades y noches. Super Hotelanlage, wirkt sehr leer trotz der Aussage des Managements, das die Anlage fast ausgebucht wäre. Leider ist die Sauberkeit der Zimmer am Ankunftstag sehr enttäuschend gewesen. Selbst nach der erneuten Reinigung (nach Beschwerde) war dies nicht besser. Swimm-Up Zimmer sind ansonsten super mit toller Ausstattung. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Qualität (insb. Fleisch) und die Vielfalt in den "spezialitäten" Restaurants ist jedoch sehr dürftig. Buffet ansonsten super.
