DON'T STAY IN THIS HOTEL IF YOU RESPECT YOURSELF!! I ESPECIALLY SAY TO THE TURKS… DEFINITELY DO NOT STAY. WHY ?EVEN IF YOU PAY HIGH FEES FOR MODERN ROOMS IN THE HOTEL, THEY GIVE YOU THE CUSTOMERS THEY WANT.. THEY GIVE YOU AN OLD, DIRTY MEDIEVAL ROOM WITHOUT WORKING TAP. THEY GIVE US THE WORST ROOM WITH MY TWO CHILDREN. THE SPARE KEY TO THE ROOM IS LOST. WE GO OUT. TROUBLE WE CAN ENTER THE ROOM AGAIN. ALSO THEY ARE SAYING A LIE.. SHAME ON YOURSELF!!

A good find.
This is a lovely hotel. Pleasant and friendly staff, not pushy in any way. The rooms are large cool and comfortable with balconies. I came here with no real expectation and ended up staying a bit longer and this will now go into my little black book. In a town which can be very historic or very touristy, this clean and friendly place strikes a good balance.

Located just 5 minutes around the city and surrounded by nice restaurants,2 minutes walk to the beautiful sea side.Hotel was clean and got comfortable room and bed,staffs especially Mary and Christine were very helpful and polite.

Hotel was in a good location, short walk to beaches, restaurants outside. Room clean neat and tidy. Breakfast was nice. Busy street but didn't hear the noise from inside the room. Pool area was good. Would stay there again.

Short stay
We travelled into Rhodes town for a few days from a neighbouring village. We booked the hotel on the way and they checked us in when we arrived (roughly 1 hour after booking). The hotel was clean, in a good location and close to the beach. Nice stay.

Reasonable for the price
Just as the title says, it's fine for the price, especially when you consider that a decent breakfast is included. As a family, I wouldn't want to use it for more than a stopover for a couple of nights or so. If was younger I might consider staying there longer if its a base for going out in the evening. The pool is decent. A reasonable length and quite deep (8 feet) for its size. There was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the room but I imagine that's a common problem and more a reflection of Greece's smoking policy then any shortcomings of the hotel. The rooms are basic. The only disappointment was the air conditioning, which was noisy, and only just capable of keeping the room cool(ish). The location is fine, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, Rhodes city is pretty small so anywhere will do. Be aware that it appears that the western side of the city (where the hotel is) has the windier beaches - so I'm told.

Athena Hotel..
Good location in rhodes town. Easy access by bus to other areas. Surrounded by restaurants and bars. Night club Street nearby.Beach 2 mins walk from hotel. Hotel had good breakfast and staff were helpful. Wi-Fi in room could be better and very limited tv channels. Refrigerator available which is always good. Hotel can have noisy guests at night due to guests returing from night out and ocassionally you can hear noisy clubbers outside. All in all was a very nice stay and I would return, this time with some ear plugs just in case. P.s. swimming pool is also available, bar and pool. Perfect location for visiting surroundings and beach holiday.

Erittäin mukava henkilökunta.Hinta laatu suhde todella hyvä.Kaikkiin kysymyksiimme ja pyyntöihimme vastattiin välittömästi ja hpidettiin asiat.Tänne hotelliin tulemme uudestaan jos Rodoksen kaupunkiin taas tulemme.Kaikki kaupat ravintolat satama ja vanhakaupunki aivan vieressä ja uima allas myös aivan riittävä lomalaisille.Kiitos vielä .

Juste insonorisation et propreté chambre à revoir
Bon séjour en famille dans un hôtel globalement plaisant. Le personnel et les communs sont top ! Par contre, au niveau des chambres nous avons été déçus par le bruit (extérieur, couloir, frigo, …) et la propreté (tête de lit douteuse, mégots et tas de poussière sous les lits, cheveux dans la bonde de baignoire, ...). Le petit déjeuner offert reste très médiocre.

Slidt men funktionelt hotel.
Hotellet er lidt slidt hist og her, og der er temmelig lydt. Støj fra gangen og den nærliggende bar gade. Men ellers et funktionelt hotel og god lokation. Personalet var super flinke, hjælpsomme og imødekommende.

Hotel u. Peu ancien, le personnel est sympas et serviable, notre chambre a été nettoyé une fois durant les 5 jours, nous n'avons pas eu des produits te que gel douche et champoing sauf à notre arrivé. Le petit déjeuner est très moyen, pour trouver quoi manger il faut se réveiller tôt spécialement lorsque l'hotel était plein de client, le dernier jour nous .'avons trouver quoi manger. Notre départ etais prévu en nuit, nous avons laissé nos affaires à l'hotel jusqu'à notre départ

Very clean hotel.Friendly staff that help you with all your wishes. Receptiin staff is all smiles. Breakfast had something for everybody. Service at breakfast was very friendly. Lunch at the bar was fast and service excellent. Very close to the windy beach. Thank you Athena Hotel ,we had fantastic stay.

Om bare rommene får lydisolerte dører, vil det bli en del bedre. Hørte alt som skjedde i gangen veldig godt. Når døra til et av de andre rommene ble åpnet hørtes set it som om det var hos oss. Ellers bra komfort på rommet. Brannalarmen gikk rett etter at vi hadde sovnet. Falsk alarm, men ingen informasjon fra hotellet.

Dear guests, we are really sorry you experienced the fire alarm case but it was not the hotels fault. Someone tried to smoke a cigarette in one of our rooms and the alarm operated as expected. we did not wish to call you all and cause further issues during that time in the night, but all guests who called the reception were informed about the reason the fire alarm was sounded. we are also in the process of renovating our rooms and new rooms will be fitted. we hope to accommodate you again soon and offer you an amazing experience.

Ottima colazione , belle camere spaziose e pulite , ,ottima doccia.ottima posizione . Lavandino in bagno che perdeva e materassi non nuovi.Noi abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera per la scomodita' del letto e del materasso .Comunque poi tutto bene .Personale gentile e disponibile. Consiglio la camera con i letti singoli, eventualmente da accostare (il matrimoniale era piccolo e il materasso era pessimo)
