Basic accommodation at a very good price Very clean exactly as described. Great communication Lovely that katerina left us some water and we were able to agree a late check out Pool area great with complementary towels which is so good Would highly rec recommend staying here if you want some thing that meets the basics is clean with a fantastic owner. We loved our stay at Aestas, very clean. Clean sheets, beautiful room and newly renovated. Katerina was a lovely host and gave us great tips! We highly recommend this place and it is close to lovely places around Chania.

Perfect location a short walk but not too close to the main road. Apartment room was clean with nice kitchenette area and a. balcony. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Lovely, well kept apartments with friendly owners who make you feel extremely welcome. Beautiful pool, modern rooms and a bar for drinks and breakfast. All within five minutes of of the beach, public transport, and a brilliant selection of family run tavernas. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, whether it be a couple or family.

It's a decent location, a quick drive to the beach. The apt was pretty spacious and clean, but the lack of amenities was disappointing. We only got on set of duel shampoo/shower gel and we were there for 5 days. We also didn't have an iron in the room. However, there was a mini fridge and small kitchenette. They only change towels twice a week if that matters to you. The shower was small and whenever anybody in the building would flush the toilet, the water would become extremely hot. I would probably pay a bit more for a nicer place in the future, but since we were barely at the hotel it wasn't a huge deal.

Thank you for your review! It's very nice to hear what our guests would like to get from us , so they can have the best experience for their holidays... I am sorry that you didn't get extra shampoo, but we would be happy to provide you some if you would ask.... about the towels and sheets, yes, we change them twice a week, but if someone needs clean towels more often then they can leave them on the floor and the cleaning lady will change them . About the iron, we dont have an iron in the room but you can always ask the reception for an iron and an iron board and you will have it right away. We hope to see you again. All the best.

Smart modern property in excellent location
Close to many tavernas and within easy reach of the beach. Standard of cleanliness is excellent with daily cleaning and linen changed every 2 days. Swimming pool is cleaned daily and is accessible to both adults and children. Katerina, who owns the apartments, is very friendly and her staff are well motivated and always smiling. We had a very pleasant stay here and will return again in the future. The resort itself is great for families and has a wide range of tavernas to choose from to eat. Good mix of bars and other facilities but not too lively. Platanias is about a mile away if you want something a little more lively.

Second time here
This is my second time staying at this hotel. Very clean and very nice. Would stay again. Only issue was that the Wi-Fi wouldn't reach the bedroom.

La première nuit était dans une chambre ‘city view’ qui était malheureusement avec vis à vis et assez bruyante, décevante. Néanmoins Kristina nous a upgrade dans une chambre avec vue mer et Balcon beaucoup plus charmante pour les deux nuits suivantes et ce fut plus confortable.

Erittäin viihtyisä ja kodikas paikka! Henkilökunta (ml. omistaja sekä siivoojat) erittäin ystävällisiä. Joka paikka tiptop. Sijainniltaan huippu, lähellä palveluita mutta kuitenkin omassa rauhassa eikä keskellä hälinää. Pariskunnalle myös mukava rauhaisa kohde, ei lapsiperheitä pienten lasten kanssa. Saimme vielä onneksemme huoneen josta näkymä merelle!

10 dage i Agia Marina
Dejligt mindre hotel. Hurtig indtjekning, lækre rene lejligheder, venligt personale, rolig og rigtig god beliggenhed trukket lidt væk fra hovedgaden, med masser af gode spisesteder lige om hjørnet. Man har virkelig mulighed for at slappe af.....

Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati una settimana in un appartamento graziosissimo, dotato di tutti i comfort: pulizia giornaliera con cambio lenzuola/asciugamani, struttura moderna e funzionale, solarium e piscina curati in ogni dettaglio. Hyggeligt, stille hotel
Hyggeligt hotel, stille og roligt, pænt værelse med køkken hvis man har behov for det. Hyggelig have og pool område, der var liggestole når man havde brug for det. Savnede lidt en poolbar og musik, men alt i alt et godt hotel. Lå tæt på Hovedgaden med masse af butikker og restauranter

Rolig og avslappende
Ca 7 minutter tar det å gå til stranden. Det er svømmebasseng og barnebasseng som er rent og innbydende. Rent er det også på rommet. Vi hadde fin utsikt fra rommet i 3 etasje. Det er kort vei til restauranter og butikker.

Etablissement extrêmement bien situé proche du centre d'Agia Marina mais à l'écart des nuisances sonores. A 800m de la plage. Facilité de stationnement. Belle piscine. Propriétaire charmante et très réactive ainsi que la personne à la réception le soir. Petite déception en ce qui concerne l'équipement de l'appartement : très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine, un rideau de douche peu agréable, un frigo trop petit, et des rideaux occultants très peu occultants (pleine lumière dans l'appartement dès 6h30 du matin ; un peu tôt pour des vacances...). Porte de la salle de bain très bruyante (grincement à chaque ouverture). En revanche bonne isolation phonique entre les appartements mais beaucoup de bruit en provenance des parties communes de l'établissement. Dommage. Excellente literie. Balcon très agréable avec vue mer. Ménage tous les jours sauf le dimanche. Femmes de ménage très sympathiques.

Zuerst möchten wir uns sehr herzlich für den schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt bedanken. Zum Appartement gibt es nur positives zu erzählen. Zimmer sind neu saniert, sauber und hell. Schöner Meerblick vorhanden. Das gesamte Personal ist einfach Spitze! Super freundlich und jeder Wünsch wird erfüllt. Besonders zu erwähnen ist, dass wirklich alles getan wird um den Gast glücklich zu machen. Unser Flug ging spät abends, offizieller check out war ca 11Uhr, jedoch wurde umdisponiert und wir durften das Appartement bis spät Nachmittags nutzen. Ein Traum!!!! Nochmals vielen Dank für alles.

Ottima estate in bel residence. Consigliato!!!
Ottimo tutto! Un gran bel posto, curato, pulito nelle aree private, comodo e tranquillo nelle aree pubbliche prendisole e piscina. La piscina bellissima e il bar quasi sempre aperto. La zona è strategica per Agia marina e Platanias e in 15 minuti si arriva a Chania e in 1 ora circa ad Elafonissi. Unico punto per miglioramento: aggiungere qualche stoviglia: anche se nella zona le taverne sono fantastiche
