"The staff was amazing from the reception to the restaurant staff. Everyone was super kind and friendly. They helped us arrange a boat tour and get a rent car. The rent cat was brought to the hotel for us and the boat tour had transportation from the hotel. The hotel is out of the main city so I was recommend renting a car it made getting around easier. Overall great experience, we would definitely book with them again."

Only note would the room (double room near one of the pools)— lighting and lack of decoration made the room give off hospital room vibes. Sometimes the pool music was a bit loud but staff were happy to adjust volume. Overall great property."
