"What a gem of a property. We were greeted on arrival and welcomed with open arms. The refrigerator had some food and juice along with some home made wine by the owners father. A pleasant gesture which is not normally done. Thank you so graciously the use of the Hotspot. "Lovely little house a couple of minutes walk from the old town and a supermarket just round the corner. The outside space was private and great for al fresco eating. The house was well equipped, Check in was easy via a key box. Josip was helpful and easy to communicate with. Sibenik is a delightful place to spend a few days. Highly recommended "

"We had a wonderful stay in Katarina appartement. She is really nice and gave us very good ideas to spend our time. She was always very respectful of our privacy but also very happy to help for any kind of matters. The appartement is very nice decorated and there is all the necessary confort. She even leave us at our disposal all the small things to be able to make some dish preparation like oil, vinager, salt, coffee and so on. We recommend this place very much and we will surely come back 🙂"

"Good local restaurants, grocery stores, bakery, open market. Everything is within easy walking. Kitchen is well equipped. Owners are very helpful and kind. Clean linens. Lots of character within and without! A/C was appreciated and effective during heat-spell. Our group of 8 friends and family would love to return! "

"A really great property that we would definitely stay in again. The booking started fine but then went via Novasol but this was easy to deal with. The hosts were great and responsive and a minor niggle at the start was responded to and dealt with quickly. "We stayed here in July 2025 and had an amazing time. The house was nicer than I expected from the photos and description and is in a really quiet and private area. It is 50m from the sea and has it's own area on a quiet rocky beach where you can sunbathe and swim. The property is 3 flats and our group was 8 people, but you could fit 11 without any issues.
