"Hotel Tampa Riverwalk has an amazing location… and that’s about where the positives stop. The rooms feel very outdated — worn carpets, chipped paint, tired furniture, and bathrooms that are overdue for a full refresh. It honestly feels like the hotel hasn’t been touched in years. Service didn’t help the experience either. We requested basic housekeeping items multiple times and never received them, ending up hunting down supplies ourselves. If you only care about being in the heart of the Riverwalk, it works. If you care about the actual hotel… manage expectations."

"No coffee shop on site. Bar doesn’t open til 4pm - no drinks while at poolside- Meals all made to order- for purchase- No store for anything- just selling snacks- no diet drinks at all. Staff good all but the transit- “free” transit however your wait is 45 minutes- no care on time. Pool not great- 12 lounge chairs for all floors- so one chair per floor- 2 broken so 10 total. Internet pictures look much better than it was- Overall “ok” as good as anywhere else I suppose. "

"Key card kept deactivating on its own. Tub drain was broken. Ac wires were all electrical taped together. "
